!! Don't book !! ..all negative review posted below is correct. Sadly i read them after a non refundable booking. SO i stayed. just a summary 1) they will try to scam you , that your room is booked and you have to upgrade , for which they will charge you extra. 2) they will give you upgraded room on 3rd floor , with no staff to pick your luggage. and one was there with super rude attitude. he was literately bumping suitcase on stairs. better pick your own luggage 3) no water provided 4) room was not so clean . i mean if you are getting room below 700 per day then its acceptable. . other wise sheet , pillow bathroom all dirty. 5) TV was not working in upgraded room 6 ) room and bathroom lock and latch was not working properly... I am writing nothing new , i saw many user posted same review .. its my mistake to book this hotel .

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was extremely humble and courteous, and the service exceeded expectations. The rooms were well-maintained, clean and comfortable, including the washrooms which were spotless. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

They try to scam us and gave trouble during check-in where we booked room from online website agoda they denied check in coz of full pre payment in online and asked to pay again in hotel we didn't accept that so we called to police for help because we are from different state residents then they gave us room but no lift available and no hotwater available for bath locks were not in working condition Firstly talking behaviour of owner and receptionist was so rude and unkind Don't fall in scam and choose wisely

Extremely unethical management. Made booking through MakeMyTrip. The owner declined to honor the booking at 10pm. There were 4 to 5 other customers who were scammed like me so that the owner can take disadvantage of customers in need. Avoid this hotel at all costs so that you don't get scammed.

Worst experience ever. So Unhygienic and rude and lying staff see the images attached. Don't trust this hotel. Suffocating odor from AC and no lock. See the condition of deluxe room washroom. I was on a business trip booked thinking it's near to airport and checked in by 5am and checked out by 8:30am. Don't trust the rating in OYO for this hotel. PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE. ITS A NIGHTMARE..!!
