I had a worst experience about this hotel. I and my husband want to stay in this hotel for 4 days but first day only we had worst experience. We did early Check in and paid extra amount. We got such a bad room no. 304. In the bath we face the water logging problem. Receiption staff behaviour was rude. When I told the receptionist to change my Room he said at 6 pm it will be vacant. I am surprised in every oyo hotel check in @12 pm and check out at 11 am. Than how come the room will be vacant at 6 pm I found to see young girl and boy check in @ morning and check out @ evening. I found this hotel little weird. It is not a decent place to stay in this hotel.

This hotel provides the best value for money service in my opinion. Rooms are very clean and most of the amenities are in working condition (except for AC sometimes). Food is also good at a reasonable price. The staff is polite and helpful. The only setback is its location but other than that it's fine.

There was one rude staff who was behaving very badly. They doesn't change bathroom mat for every guest. It stays dirty for 20 days. One rude boy who use to seat at reception was very rude doesn't understand and solve problems of guests well. It's written in rules that unmarried couples are not allowed still they allow them. Its written that smoking is restricted still they keep smoking pot in a room. And for unnecessary reasons he behaved very badly. I just came for my exams but due to such kind of rude service of that typical reception boy I will not recommend anyone this hotel even though rooms was good. And before 11 am there is no chance to get some food not even tea. Due to one typical rude boy I am writing this review otherwise I would have given better stars.
