Thank you Lily for sharing your beautiful property with pet parents. We had a wonderful time with our baby, Oreo. The amenities provided were fantastic and exceeded our expectation. One often tries to poke holes in any holiday experience, no matter how good it’s been. You could try here. And you’d fail, miserably. Lily runs a bulletproof piece of heaven, nestled on a picture perfect hillside in Panchgani. Even if you aren’t a heritage property buff or a die hard romantic, it’s very hard not to fall in love with the place. 1. Lily is the perfect host. Indulged our every whim and fancy. Introduced us to new boardgames. Bid us farewell with marvellous homemade mulberry jam. 2. The rooms are very charming. 3. The staff embodies the same warm and kindhearted spirit as the hosts. 4. The food is outstanding!

This is an absolutely super place. Well appointed rooms kept spotlessly clean. The kind of place that you can look in corners and under the furniture and you still won't find a speck of dirt. There's a eye for small details - like 2 umbrellas and a torch in every room. The ambience is great, perfect hill station laid back. The service outstanding, as is the food. But the best thing is the hosts, Lily and Kobad. They don't just manage a hotel, they host their guests and make you feel really special. The location is very good, close to the market, but far from the crowds and noise. The only thing missing is a valley view, though sitting in the garden, you get a great view of Tableland looming over you. If you go to Panchgani, this is THE place to stay. If you aren't planning on going, change your mind, go there and stay at Il Palazzo Villas. You won't regret it.

We took a family holiday to Panchgani and stayed at Il Palazo villas and we were in for treat. Excellent rooms, great food and super polite staff. The were greeted in the mornings by the singing birds and the parrots flying around making a riot was a treat to the eyes and ears. Special thanks to Bappa and Sonu who took care of us during our stay. We will definately recommend and return.

Recommended 100%. It absolutely does not disappoint with its English translation - Italian Palace. Here you are welcomed by 2 of the most important hosts - Whiskey & Dobby wholeheartedly. Do note that the gate is remote controlled, so just one beep of the horn is sufficient to open the gate in about a minute. This is where you learn the art of chilling. You'll be escorted to your quaint room by the staff. The property is surrounded by trees & birdsong. Rooms come with a verandah where you can Chill. The villas are designed in white & blue, an Italian coast vibe. The September weather was chilly, foggy, rainy with clouds rolling up the mountain engulfing you in a Chill. The drive to Il Palazzo was awesome through Pune & Wai. Do drive carefully through the ghats. The property is nested below the table top, away from the hustle-bustle of the market. We booked the breakfast-dinner package (to avoid driving at night on the mountain roads). We were treated to scrumptious breakfasts & dinners by the team. Yummy Continental breakfasts & Parsi dinners. Tummies were extended beyond belief. Chilling is the next thing on the agenda. The property is just enough to have a drink in the hand & walk while you enjoy the cold subtle breeze. Do allow yourselves some time for sightseeing around Panchgani & Mahabaleshwar. Special mention to the staff of Il Palazzo who were more than eager to cater to you. Kudos to Sushil & Bappa for their support. We're looking forward to another visit, this time with a bus load of our favourite folks.

We visited Il Palazzo Villas from 9th Aug. to 11th August 2024 with our family for a birthday function, and it was an excellent experience. Our group of 20 included senior citizens and a 7-month-old baby, and the stay was comfortable for everyone. The staff at Il Palazzo Villas was incredibly cooperative and attentive to all our needs. The food was also outstanding, with a variety of delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed. Special mention to the owner, who was very receptive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. Overall, Il Palazzo Villas provided a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and beautiful surroundings, making our family event truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Our family has been visiting IL Palazzo Panchgani for more than 15 yrs. Our children have been to this resort for many many vacations. What brings us back again and again is the homely feel to the stay and service. It's just excellent. We are pure Vegetarians and I must say, that the IL Palazzo team does go out of its way to provide us the best meal experience with amazing dishes . It's always a " Yes " to most of our requests & our stays are very calming and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very well kept. The resort in itself is well maintained and good cleaning staff doing the rounds to keep the place tidy and clean. We have a family member that is a Pet ( Shihtzu ) & IL Palazzo extends warm welcome to all pets. They even provide us with meals for our Pet. What more can one ask. The family managing the place makes sure that you are at your most comfortable when staying at IL Palazzo . For Us Its Family Memories With IL Palazzo As We Get Older, It's Not A Hotel, Its Beautiful Memories & Vacations To Remember For Life.
