Horrible! Don't waste your money with dumpyard. Rooms are trashy, sheets and towels are dirty. Nobody ever picks up calls at reception. Electricity goes off all the time, no generator backup. Wifi never works. So if you want to work on your laptop, Goodluck to you! Staff is not hospitable, I asked for chai at 7pm and they said "No, its dinner time, chai straight tomorrow morning" 🤣🤣🙄🙄 Owners live in Mumbai and have no idea what's going on in this dumpyard. There are many other places in thus price range in panchgani, check them out. Don't waste your money here.

Kalasita is a decent hotel. However I did not like the fact that they collected 80% payment upfront and full payment at check-in. Moreover they don't have credit card facility. The rooms etc are clean but it is far from being a premium hotel. Parking requires professional driving skills

Don't fall into false pics on their site and page. Yes they do have the mountain view rooms but those are not that truly kind of view. Also the rooms are not too big. Though the service is good handled by Sharad. But the price of food is very High compared to food quantity and quality. If power cuts then they do have generator but they don't start it unless they have full occupancy of their hotel.

Pros: 1. The hotel is average. 2. Parking space is available, but only professional drivers can park there as it's on valley so no chances of errors.. 3. Carrom and pool tables are available to play. 4. The food is average in taste and cost. Cons: 1. If you are going by your own vehicle, then it's fine, otherwise, I don't recommend staying there because it's far from the market, and you will not find any transportation options, also it's very far to walk. 2. If you book online, they will provide you with average rooms that are non-valley facing. So, if you want a valley-facing room, you need to pay double compared to what is listed online. Therefore, if you are planning to book online, it's a red flag. It's better to go and have a look at the room they are going to provide you with before making the payment. 3. Food is not allowed inside rooms, you have to go to their dining area to eat. 4. For breakfast, only Poha and Tea are available, and that too only once. If you need more, then you have to pay. Guys if budget is the reason, maybe u can stay here, though the front desk staff is clueless, goes to sleep at 12 and then u r on ur own. Drunk guests were creating nuisance but the property doesn't care, no one picks up phone. The phones , AC and fan was t working at night, it was hot, no apologies or refund for it, rooms were clean was a saving grace, noise travels from one room to other, there are plenty of nicer properties around
