Onella Regency

Stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights, The location is right in the Panchgini markets and close to local shops. We booked family room for 4 people with two beds. Rooms were really great, washroom was clean and very well maintained. A small fridge and coffee pots are available to make instant coffee and tea. Also the pool and playing area is really amazing. Overall very pleasant stay.

I recently booked a room at this hotel for my upcoming trip, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After spending three days following up on my reservation, I finally received confirmation. But to my utter surprise, they canceled my booking a few days later due to "tariff changes."||This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only did they waste my time, but their inability to honor a confirmed booking shows a serious lack of customer care. I strongly advise against booking here – they don’t seem to value their guests' time or plans. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Good location if you want to be near the market but if you need a view of the valley , u won't get it. We were in the pool view rooms on the ground floor, which were sufficient in size , neat and clean with spacious bathrooms as well. Food is good and extremely economical. The service is v good too , it was raining heavily yet the food was hot and quickly served to our rooms. The pool is clean and also there is a basic play area for TT

Good & decent place to stay in Panchgani. Rooms where clean and neat. Premises well maintained. In the heart of market place. At walkable distance to market. Will definitely recommend, do visit you you will not be disappointed.

“I had a terrible experience at Onella Regency. We checked in late at around 8PM but still had to pay the full tariff with no discount offered. The rooms were extremely cramped, and our stay became a nightmare when we found a snake in our room around 2AM! We had inspected the room earlier, but somehow it appeared later, possibly inside the extra mattress we requested. The receptionist caught the snake, but we were left in shock, fearing there could be more. The manager/owner Mr. Vikram Thopte showed no concern, dismissing the issue by claiming the snake wasn’t venomous, which didn’t make us feel any safer. Despite asking to switch rooms, they were fully booked due to the weekend. We ended up leaving at 2:30AM, requesting a refund. The staff seemed eager for us to leave as quickly as possible, which added to our frustration. The food was good, but the overall experience was far from acceptable.”

This was my second visit to Onella. While the first time was decent, this experience was far from it. An unexpected 4-hour power outage ruined the first day of our vacation. Despite raising concerns, the manager showed no interest in addressing the issue. At checkout, we hoped for some consideration on the final bill, but instead, we received poor service, no apology, and no discounts. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I recently stayed at Onella Regency in Panchgani and had a generally good experience, but with a few notable exceptions. The hotel's location and amenities were convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find that our deluxe room did not include bathroom toiletries, which I believe is a basic expectation for a room of that category. Additionally, despite being a non-smoking area, there was a strong smoking smell in the common areas, which was unpleasant.

Very polite and nice staff. Romantic Weather at hotel specially at pool side, spend quality time with your special someone. I recommend it for Family and couples also.
