when we reached toilets were not clean we have to tell them to redo the toilets and they will be nice to you only if you order food from them which is obviously over priced. staff started behaving rudely when we bought our own food from somewhere else. locking amenities space. hiding cycles from kids and there are no pool tables as shown in pics. so think before you book...

I visited this villa with my friends group and booked the 3BHK villa recently during the monsoon season, although I read that this villa is good and the reviews were also good but my experience was not good. I personally didn't't find this villa that good, the staff was not helpful, the service was terrible, the rooms were not properly clean, the bed and blankets were of poor quality, the geysers were not providing proper hot water, the food was ok and about an average in taste, the tea and coffee was also the same. The wifi was sometimes working and sometimes didn't. It was the off season during the rainy season so the villa was priced less comparatively but the overall experience was bad. There were varieties of 2bhk and 3bhk villa rooms and a common swimming pool which was ok and normal however the experience was below average. I am uploading the pics shared by the property owner which looks fabulous but it is all beautified I wouldn't recommend it for groups or couples or families.

We stayed in the adjacent Silver Oak Villa but dined in the in-house restaurant of Divine Villa. The food here was very delicious & we were never disappointed. Best choice if you stay here but have no car for traveling to restaurants in Panchgani. The restaurant is besides a swimming pool which creates a pleasant atmosphere while dining with the sound of water in the background.

Excellent taste of food. I can say quality and taste can beat more other restaurants. Amazing keep it up. Its my regular spot to stay and dine always.

Worst place Rooms are not clean , smell bad, washroom overflow all the times No soap , no hand wash, They didn’t change pool water not even filter water Kitchen not allowed to use they didn’t even provide me water glass and plates My trip was really good except this This was my bad decision to choose this Very very very very rude staff

Villas are good. Nice place. Rooms are spacious. But caretaker was too rude and useless. He has no any rights to take care of people. He was always busy in their mobile and always took permission from their owner who was not present in the premises. But food is good.
