OYO Flagship 15826 Pingara Executive

This hotel in hadapsar has average rooms. Tv, AC and beds are good. Washrooms were a disappointment. Tiles and shower was broken. Running hot water was not available. However they gave us 2 bucket filled with hot water. Service was fast and satisfactory. People here are friendly and helpful. Overall it's an average hotel.

The worst hotel ever, i reached at 2am in morning amd i had booked this hotel through oyo , Firstly they didn't received my call i jave placed around 20-30 call but they haven't picked my call , secondly after reaching hotel they said all the rooms are booked even after i have paid full amount of booking. Please don't book rooms here 🙏 Very rude staff and they were drunk also.

Room were big but there was no soap, handwash and other toiletries you only have lift for transport Lots of shops are there for your neccesities

Worst Hotel in the City, Literally they do nothing, no one is there to help you out, reception table is 24/7 empty, when you call them, they don't pick the call, no hygiene no cleanliness, even water problem was also faced by us, they don't even know what to do or how to solve the issue, we were so annoyed that we wanted to meet manager, but their manager keeps his phone off all the time & never showed up, Never ever Visit or don't even think of staying here, you'll regret & get irritated 😤😤

Best hotel to stay for anyone. Room was very clean and well maintained staff was very respectful and prompt for any request. specially the gentleman at the counter is very approachable and well mannered., hope to stay there again next time. Very Good Experience.

this was the second time i was staying at the place.. again i found very good rooms , comfortable for couple with no any disturbance.. room service is best.. trustworthy and staff behaviour is proper and good. only the thing most of the tv channels was not available.. but that doesn't matter.. in future i would like to stay at this place again

OYO! Thanks for such excellent service! Travelled from Bangalore to Pune only to be denied check-in at 2 hotels! One shut for renovation and the other not associated with them from 5 months. Spent 7 hours on the road with multiple refunds! #OYOSucks #CustomerIsABeggar
