Townhouse Hadapsar Near Amanora Mall

The hotel is an absolute disaster. The place reeks, is disgustingly filthy, and completely neglected. The bathroom? A nightmare—dirty, poorly maintained, and downright unusable. We booked through Booking.com where the price was listed as 2300 INR, but on arrival, the receptionist suddenly claimed it was 2800 INR. To top it off, they extorted an additional 500 INR for early check-in, ripping us off for a total of 3200 INR when it was supposed to be 2300 INR. The nightmare didn’t end there. The food was equally pathetic. We ordered a veg cheese grilled sandwich, expecting something decent, but what we got was tasteless garbage. There wasn’t a shred of cheese in it—just mayonnaise slathered inside. A complete scam in the name of food. The rooms were a health hazard, filthy beyond belief, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. Absolutely revolting. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth your money, time, or sanity. Do. Not. Visit.

Don't Book This Oyo cause after visiting to hotel , hotel people directly told me to give extra money for stay.I already booked so they denied for refund also.They didn't welcome us.Also on Reception desk, lady is sitting so she directly told us to call Oyo customer care with confidence for not giving my money back. So.if you really want some good service then you can book other good fab hotels also in that payment. My advice is Not to Book This Hadapsar Oyo hotel from Oyo App.

~35-40.. wondering what it is? It’s the number of cockroaches I killed during my stay in this townhouse. Rooms are good looking, but fully infested with cockroaches. And the bathroom is a bit dirty, again full of cockroaches everywhere, also feels unsafe for women as the exhaust is open/or covered with a cardboard with gaps everywhere. Just not neatly maintained. Service was good by the way. Located in a prime location. Otherwise it’s good. Not sure why they don’t take anybody in under the 1800 price, it’s put up on the notice board. Please look into the rooms and maintain it.

Worst hotel to stay in. I had a pathetic experience. There was a rat in my AC vent and many cockroaches in my toilet. I asked them to change my room but they did not agree to do so. And the worst part is there were bed bugs. They charge 1800 for a night which was not worth it at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I've had. Despite booking online, I was immediately hit with unexpected extra charges upon arrival. Apparently, the owner has a minimum booking amount policy, which wasn't disclosed beforehand. Exhausted from a long journey, I reluctantly paid. However, the nightmare didn't end there. The room I was given was appalling. The washroom reeked of urine, akin to a public restroom. The bedding was subpar, and to make matters worse, the staff showed us an alternative room infested with cockroaches. The condition of the hotel kitchen was equally appalling. Moreover, the hotel's exterior gave off an eerie vibe. Avoid this establishment at all costs. The hotel listed on MakeMyTrip also mentioned complementary breakfast but there was none.

I have visited this property three times, and each time my experience has been increasingly worse. The first time everything was fine, but on my second visit, I was given a room with a filthy bathroom. I had to manage it myself, and despite my efforts, the staff was disrespectful. They even refused a booking from Oyo, claiming they wouldn't accept a reservation for less than 1500 rs. This time was the worst with a dirty room, a leaking washbasin, and a toilet in terrible condition. Trying to shower was difficult due to the leaking dirty water. Additionally, they are extremely rude; if you don't check out by 11 am, they resort to yelling and if it were up to them, they would forcibly eject us by 11 a.m.. Overall, it's been a terrible experience. we stayed at this property for four days, and after two days, we called to request cleaning for both the room and the bathroom. The person arrived two hours later and only cleaned the room. When we asked him to clean the bathroom as well, he agreed and said he would be back in 10 minutes, but he never returned. This reflects their customer treatment, solely focused on making money, and the condition of the rooms is deteriorating day by day. There seems to be no effort on their part to maintain the property.

Fraudsters at the reception. OYO app and OYO customer care were showing booking at Rs.1494 (including GST) for this hotel. But when reached the reception person said that they will not accept any booking below Rs.1800 for the same room. Customer care said the rate is Rs.1494 only but the reception did not allow us. He was not even ready to talk to the customer care representative. Dont understand if Townhouse category is owned and managed by OYO itself, how was the reception not allowing at the official app price. Even OYO did not care to escalate or give us a solution. Do not book here...you will get arrogant answers.
