They deserve nothing less than 5 stars. It was late in the night, actually past the midnight, and we wanted a place to rest and before continuing the drive to Hyderabad in the morning. One or two options we came across in this area were not up to the mark and this place just showed up in search. It's part of the Bloom hotels family and so fortunate we were to find it. Front desk manager (Abhish) was extremely polite and helpful. 👋 The rooms are beautifully designed and with a special focus on cleanliness. Everything from coffee to hot shower was perfect and gave us all the relaxation we needed before the drive next morning. Found on their website that Bloom hotels are at several cities in India and we will be happy to stay there in future.

One of the best stay for me.Well maintained hotel with proper housekeeping and hospitality. I would recommend anyone for corporate and family stay. The lastly and most important thing about any organization which makes the business and relationships among client more stronger is their staff member and their manager. The manager of this particular stay was very helpful and is of a great personality. She is worth being a manager, very dedicated and a true asset for the organization.

Horrible experience. I think we were put in a bad room because of the prepaid. I was simply told that it was the last room available 1. TV was broken. Literally the screen was broken 2. AC was faulty. 3. Spider webs on the walls. Dusting was not done 4. Bathroom was not clean. Hair all over the drain. Hand soap dispenser was broken 5. No real help from the management. 6. Really bad service and food in the restaurant. It took over 30 minutes to bring Idli and that was cold. On complaining we were made to wait another 15 minutes and same idli was brought back after warming in the microwave oven. Even dosa brought was cold. I think its there speciality to serve cold (pun intended). Other guest were also complaining about the food and service, so much so that some even left in the middle. I had booked it via OYO. Not recommended at all.

Rooms and food is good. But we did Not have a good experience, maybe our friend could be the reason, not sure. He had invited 30 people, lifts were not working, waiters were limited, so lot of waiting time. Cause of which there were only 1 to 2 persons catering 30 people's Breakfast, which resulted in slow service.

0-star hotel with worst management. I had booked this hotel on the 14th of may with advance booking done with the entire payment paid on 4th May. On the check-in day, I went to the hotel reception, there I came to know that the hotel booking was been cancelled for me and it was been allotted to other guests Without any prior notice/information, the hotel had directly cancelled the booking. When taken this issue with the manager, the manager was clueless and just put the ball in the court of online booking website faults. Moreover, the manager was purely untrained, unprofessional and had no skills to manage the situation. As I was travelling with my mother I had asked for a room for fresh up on the humanitarian ground but the manager was just being rude and was trying to get us away from the hotel to hide their fault and miscommunication in informing us in advance. Very poor service. poor management staff

Stay was good. They have nice and clean rooms luckily I got the one with maximum windows and great view. Although there are no coffee or tea sachets available in room, which mostly are available in hotels that was the only negative point. Breakfast: options are limited but the ones available are very good.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Here is how I will summarize my experience. First of all, the name of this stay is not justifiable because it is neither a Townhouse nor it is owned by OYO. You can't expect any warm welcome in this hotel by staff members which you would expect in hotel of this range. The hotel lobby and rooms are clean enough. When I entered the room there was no water bottle in the room, no kettle, no tea bag, milk powder etc. When I asked why water was not there they simply told me that it was given previously when they had partnership with OYO and now it will cost Rs.30/- which is also Rs.10 higher than market price. They also told that they used to give complimentary breakfast only when there was partnership with OYO which I dont think is a good thing to say. I saw that there were some dust on the bedsheet so I called reception to change, they said that yes I am sending someone but the housekeeper did not came to change it at all. Location is good. Overall, I would rate 2.75 out of 5. And would not recommend to stay at this cost as anyone can get better option in that price.

Found cockroaches in the room. No toiletries were provided during my stay Booked online using Oyo customer care at Rs 2230 for 1 night 2 days and I was charged 2890 per day. What's even baffling is.. I paid 2890 for a day since I had to attend an important meeting the next morning and couldn't waste my time in searching a new room. Was conned to the limits by Oyo Never staying with them again... Obviously! Good thing is I cancelled my stay for the next day and stayed somewhere else. Saved my 2890 Rs for a Unhygienic room.
