Pathetic service Pathetic breakfast Pathetic hygiene Seeing the excellent reviews, I had booked rooms in this hotel, but had very bad experience due to an ongoing wedding event at their banquet hall. The staff cannot handle if 80-90% of their rooms are occupied. Also they unofficially inform the guests that the room services or restaurant is closed due to the banquet event. Have I spent my money on such hotel to get such responses?? Felt completely cheated. This place just ruined our peace of mind and our holidays.

I had a great stay at The Altruist Business Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable business trip. The location is undoubtedly great and the rooms are spacious, but maintenance is severely lacking. Washrooms have no shutter locks, hygiene standards are poor, and the inverter fails during power cuts. None of the rooms had effective air conditioning

Seeing the excellent reviews on google and goibibo, we had booked 3 rooms in this hotel. However our bad experience started from the check in process itself. Although we checked in at around 3 pm (which was very much beyond their check in time) one of our room was not ready. The room services were very much below standard since there was a wedding event going on in their banquet hall and almost 90% of their rooms were booked by their guests. The soap/shampoo mini bottles were not replaced and half used ones were left in the bathroom. It was too chaotic and loud on corridors of every floor. The waiting time for the lift was around 10-15 mins and it was too overcrowded. When we called the restaurant for a cup of tea no one received the call, then we called the reception desk where to our shock we were informed that the room services are closed today due to the ongoing event. When we went downstairs and asked for manager’s no. then only we got our tea, this means they had unofficially closed the services. Breakfast was pathetic. The wadas of the wada sambhar were too much oily that after squeezing them the oil was dripping. It was appearing that most of the items were leftovers from the event. Thankfully there were a few good restaurants near the hotel which were a saviour for us. We felt completely cheated and unwelcomed for the 1st time. Instead of enjoying our holidays peacefully, we were continuously fighting for getting our peace of mind. This place just ruined our quality time.

Altruist business hotel made my trip memorable.Right from the friendly staff to the peaceful environment, everything felt just right. My room was fresh and hygienic, and the ambience was relaxing after a long day. The food was of very good quality, and I could tell they maintain high hygiene standards. I had no complaints at all just a smooth, pleasant experience.
