FabHotel Galaxy Inn - Hotel in Wagholi, Pune

We had booked 6 rooms. The check in was smooth as I was continuously coordinating with the hotel person. But to my utter disappointment the rooms where in bad shape. No cleanliness at all. AC was not working. Hotel location was bad. Door latch was missing, and the door was broken as they have removed the latch.

Used condoms were there in dustbin. Ac was not functioning properly. Bed sheet had red and black stains, not washed properly. Washroom was smelling pretty badly and pot was not cleansing. I would recommend FabHotels team to keep investigating their hotels and rooms timely and don't just blindly trust there local workers here.

A miserable Stay!! Do not be fooled by the pics posted here. The hotel is a 1 bedroom service apartment with very poor maintenance. We had booked 3 rooms as we had a wedding to attend. But looking at the condition of the apartment we sent our parents to stay at some other place. Horrible ciggerate smelling rooms. Dirty toilets. One room did not have water in toilet and basin all night. Doors to balconies did not have latches. There is no room service and everything they get is from some tapri outside. Please do not book this room unless all options are exhausted.

Dont ever think of staying here… I booked this so called Hotel which turned out to be service apartment for my parents. This was their the worst experience till date. Room condition : stinky Service : Zero Staff behaviour : one of the worst kind I also booked complimentary breakfast thinking the property would provide a proper buffet , forget buffet hotel didnt even had a restaurant or a place to sit to have a meal. In the name of breakfast they provided exactly 30 grams of poha and 20 ml tea and that too they ordered from a “tapri”. And when asked for more the reply came “itna hi milta hai” ….. ridiculous. They didnt even provided water bottle in the room. There was no one for the service to whom my senior parents could ask to get it for them. I believe this property is only “couple frinedly” where no service is required and the room gets vacated in couple of hours. Worst stay for family and those who want to even stay for a night.

Just off the main highway. The room was well appointed, its actually a service apartment (1 BHK). A decent size bedroom, a good living room with a sofa, work table and TV. A kitchen is available though there is simply nothing there. Each room has a balcony attached. However, the upkeep of this otherwise nice property is really poor. The room had rotting food left over by a previous occupant, the table had cigarettes' stubs, the wash room needed better care. Also the area apparently has only hardwater supply, so the taps are clogged. There is no restaurant in the hotel, however we have two very above par restaurant's (Shiv Sagar Veg and Punjabi Spice) close by. A great effort has been made to make a nice service apartment. There is a 100% generator support even for the elevator. With better housekeeping, it will be a good place to stay for a few days, not just a night..

It is close to IT park, but the reception at the hotel during our check-in was arrogant and treated us that it is the only hotel in the locality. Rooms were not clean against the tariff of the hotel. It has good WiFi and AC working, but staff needs to be improved in attitude

Very poor infrastructure cannot call it a Hotel just a guest house standards never pay in advance or u are in for a shock of your life so travel like I did to the site see the infrastructure check the rooms and then decide else u are going to waste your money

Receptionist ask more money and keep disturbing, worst management, one needs to go at his/her own risk. I have stayed here many times as I had no other options and I had to just bear all the inconveniences. I don’t recommend this to any of my friends and relatives.
