Just about okay for the price. Important point to note is that the place does not have a kitchen so it does not serve you breakfast even if the booking mentions it explicitly. You can get a cup of tea only. Not sure if this is a genuine error in Agoda.com or a ploy by hotel so that customers don't reject the place. Rooms are clean. Property is clean. Ambience is okay and location is also very good - I.e not far from Balewadi High Street.

Rooms could’ve been better. Our AC was leaking and the sheets were stained with hair in them. Service is slow. Overall everything could’ve been better.

Mr. Swapnil Vaidya is very compassionate, helping & down-to-earth person. Their rooms are clean, tidy & well maintained. Will revisit the next time for sure

It's a good place I have stayed many times here The service was great before but my last visit was the worst The AC was not working properly in room no 106 also in hot water shoer was not working in the morning
