Townhouse OAK Kuval Inn

Poor experience. Pictures shown on booking are misleading. Lots of areas of improvement. Room TV wasn't working properly, had to get done from staff. Bathroom didn't have toiletries, required to call staff for the same. Although booking was for 3 persons, towels were provided for two, had to ask for one more. Cleanliness is poor for bathroom as well as bedsheets/blankets looking to have arranged and not freshly washed. Worst is the intercom, seeing it, seems never cleaned. Staff looks to be untrained for this kind of industry, no one seems to check room upkeep on routine as well as surprise checks. Room boys don't clear the food plates after telling them at the time of serving, had to tell reception. Breakfast as well as breakfast venue is discouraging. Overall impression is mismanagement for the hotel industry. Never expected such experience at least in Pune. Positive things is the location has couple of good food joints nearby.

Worst experience of booking via Oyo... Hotel experience good but Oyo service experience worst... The Hotel and Oyo Play Ping-Pong for a simple Invoice... they dont even provide Invoice even after escalating the matter... such shameless company... Ritesh Agarwal just try to get the basics right in first place...

Best hotel to stay with ur girl in Pune(safe too ). Their rooms and location is so specious and it's in budget . Breakfast was good .
