The. Most lousiest hotel, ac leaking water in room, if u order food from Zomato they don't allow the delivery to the room and you will have to go to reception to collect it, no toiletries provided not even soap, no tissues or dustbin in room, rooms need pest control, they don't have double beds, two single beds tied up with strap which is so uncomfortable as it hurts ur body while sleeping. Don't waste ur money in booking at this place. Did an advance booking for 3 nights and it's complete waste. Poorest show.

This place deserves a 0 star , Here's a list for you: 1. Filthy Beds and never washed pillows and covers 2. Stained room food menu booklet 3. Unclean tea tray with unusable sachets. 4. Wardrobe but no hangers and mold smell. 5. Stained floor and extremely slow sorry service. 6. TV with without any subscription and non-working remote. 7. Super slow lift. 8. No water bottle unless you ask. You need to thoroughly check your room especially if you a couple. In short DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE!

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of response from Auhtel baner. My family and I suffered major inconvenience during our holiday due to the unacceptable condition of the hotel room booked through Agoda. The room provided by the hotel was uninhabitable, with multiple issues including a non-functional air conditioner, bathroom fan, cleanliness problems, and fungus spreading across the walls and ceiling. I had no choice but to leave the hotel within hours of arrival. The property owner acknowledged the issues and agreed to a refund, but now they denied the refund. Just passing the responsibility of refund to each other from Agoda (online portal ) to Auhtel Autherity. Don't book this property. Save your money.

Simply brilliant. The hotel is one of the best. Very nice and polite owner. The staff is also good. Rooms are very good and comfy for the stay. Highly recommended. It's near to city so that you can get transportation at walking distance. Place is also very good. The ambience and facility very good.

Recently i stayed in this hotel. They welcomed me nicely. They gave me 1 ltr water bottle which i forgot it at reception desk. So i called reception desk. 1 call didnt answer, 2nd call they answered and said they will send that bottle. I called after 20 mins of waiting, the guy picked up and kept the phone aside. I called again after 5 mins, the call was on wait. After an hour i had to go down and collect bottle myself. AC wasnt working, one of the worst service i have came across. If you need anything, you will have to go down. I had to go to collect the plates. They said, "sir you go we will send it right away". Exactly after 45 mins of wait, when i finished my dinner, the guy came with plates and spoon. I kept my calm because my new bike was standing in parking and i was afraid if i argue or fight with them, they could could do something with my bike. Never visiting this place ever.

Absolutely terrible place to be in and right from the location to moving your luggage into their filthy rooms will make you yuck!! Just uncover the pillows and bedsheets and right to the filthy stained mattress will gross you out. Some photos attached for you reference in you are thinking of staying there, strictly NO GO place for couples.
