Place is 4 km from SaiBaba Mandir. Entrance road is abit rough and Parking is enough for many cars. Rooms provided to us was Suit 2. The rooms were very clean, washrooms spacious and clean too. Kitchen area and food quality is simple, hygienic and good. Outside area is ample to have a eve or morning walk. Services were excellent. Raju Kale ji Manager provided prompt services & help whenever required! Request: Buldana Urban should provide some discount for Bank Customers atleast!

I would like to suggest the administration team to look in this all. First of all they lied about charges, applied different charges for the same room with the same amenities. The staff were unhelpful, ignoring requests and providing no assistance whatsoever. A very irritating and horrible thing is that when you are staying with your family someone would knock on your door anytime and ask for maintenance because staff told him for any assistance knock here,and it's knock for me at 5am. It means no one present there for any assistance. The amenities were outdated and barely functional. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never return.

Good facility given by the bank for the pilgrims visiting shirdi, small rooms but neat and clean, silent environment, but only one issue that the location is away from city. If you have your own vehicle you can stay others lil bit risky as no rickshaws are available here.

Rooms r okay, cleanlinesss maintained. Ample open space for parking . Good spot for Marriage/event.

Ugh it’s kinda scam I checked the photos before coming here realised those were from receptions showing bright side lol I can’t attach any photos here I have stayed here these rooms aren’t to good even alleys give shady feeling

We went here as one of our friend's wedding was arranged here. Its an amazing place in the outskirts of Shirdi. Away from the hustle. Good place for organising functions.
