Hotel KB's Grand

Exceptional stay experience at this Hotel! The spacious parking, warm hospitality, delicious cuisine at Zaika restaurant and complimentary temple transportation were impressive. Rooms were immaculate, comfortable and well-appointed. Adding brighter lighting in the rooms would enhance the stay. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with clean rooms and very good staff and hotel service. Staff Shekhar was very polite and helpful during our entire stay. Must go for those who are planning for family stay in Shirdi. Free cab service from hotel to Shirdi temple and restaurant with good food just outside the hotel is plus point.

I am one of the participants of Sai karuna mission 4+ days retreatin hotel KB 's grand.As per my experience,Hotel KB'sgrand is the best ever hotel I have seen .All their services are very good & specially the food & transportation service. All the security guards were so humble and helpful, as specialy mejer Aavhad bhai,and cab driver Suresh bhai are really really helpful, I didn't get the bus to go back to my town,after waiting 1hour on bus stop ,and no one is there whome I know,so I called Avhad bhai and he connected me to Suresh bhai and within 15min.he arranged a cab for me,this is my first travel with my daughter,and both of them helped me as their own sister so I am very much greatful to them and the great service by all hotel staff. Thanks a lot for your service,and best wishes for your future.

I was in this hotel for 5 nights its 1 mile away from baba temple. the beauty is they have car service 24 hours back and forth. hotel rooms are cleaned. Most important part is STAFF is no nice and polite you cant even imagine , At reception Ms Vidya very polite and professional. Even hotel Owner is available and keep on checking everything to make sure Guest is comfortable. Food- They way you want food and they can organize tdue to my health issues i was concern for the food they made everything for me non spicy and the way i wanted. its feel like i m at my home kitchen. Staff- each service person will delight you and service you nicely I was not expecting this kind of hospitality in shirdi but the staff and the owner change my mind , Thank you Mr. Dilip ( Owner) for your hard work and honesty towards your work .
