Deepak bhai was very cordial. The owner of the hotel was also available and he helped us with the transport arrangement to the temple. The staff was so cordial, humble and helpful. Wonderful arrangements. The rooms were supremely neat and clean. And the room service was timely. Lovely experience

Hotel Sai Shubham is the best hotel! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sai Shubham! The hospitality was top-notch — the staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Sagar, The Maneger of the hotel was very respectful also Anil took a great care of our family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a very relaxing experience. The location is also convenient, especially for those visiting Shirdi, as it’s n the main rood towards Shani Shinganapur. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent service truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay! On our every visit we are definitely going to stay at Sai Shubham!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic – so helpful with everything I needed, they really went out of their way. A special shout-out to the manager, Anil. He's a genuinely good person who made sure I was well taken care of and was always a pleasure to talk to

We were to told by a travel agent company they booked the hotel in the hotel, after we were dropped by the SVR tours and travels bus at Shiridi. When I went to check on the reservation I was told my front desk representative there is no booking, and when I sent the information to travel agent. No one acted for another hour, so we had to book another hotel with out of pocket money. After some time, almost an hour after we sent information of lack of room hotel representative calls and asks us to relocate saying I haven’t showed the booking confirmation. It’s really sad that the hotel without having right individual near front desk caused this mistake and made us to loose few thousands of rupees. I would be really careful to stay in businesses like that.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com with the “Pay at the property” option. However, upon arrival with my family late at night (including kids), the hotel staff rudely denied our reservation, claiming they are not affiliated with Booking.com. Despite showing the confirmation, the person at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, refusing to honor the booking. To make matters worse, he tried to overcharge us well above the listed price, and when questioned, he became even more aggressive and unhelpful. He showed no concern for the fact that we had children with us and were stranded late at night. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I strongly urge other travelers to avoid this property due to its dishonest practices, lack of accountability, and appalling customer service Update : Thank you for your response, but I would like to respectfully clarify several important points: 1. I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com for June 8th to June 10th, and I have both the confirmation number and screenshots to verify this. The claim that the booking was for the next day is simply incorrect. 2. I was traveling a long distance with my family, including children, and anticipated arriving late. I made repeated attempts to contact the hotel in advance, but the phone number listed on Booking.com was not working. Later, you sent an email with a new number, but that number was also unreachable, leaving me unable to inform you about our delayed arrival despite trying multiple times. 3. When I arrived around 2 AM, your staff refused to honor the confirmed booking, was unhelpful, and behaved in a very rude and dismissive manner. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was offered accommodation at a much higher rate, which was both frustrating and unfair. 4. I am not expecting any compensation — but I would sincerely advise you to be more professional and understanding, especially when a guest arrives with their family late at night, trusting that their online booking will be respected. A bit of humanity and empathy goes a long way, especially when children are involved. This experience caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. My review reflects the situation truthfully, and I hope it encourages more thoughtful service in the future.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable, the rooms were clean. I’d definitely prefer to stay at this hotel in our next visit to Shirdi
