Super Collection O Hotel Satyan Inn

My experience was not that good. Checkin process was hassle free. Ordered tea brought from outside. Restaurant inhouse was not open. Early morning hot water not available. Location is about 300 metres from temple where share auto takes rs. 10 towards temple.

I regret to say that my recent experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The behavior of the staff was far from satisfactory – they were non-supportive and even asked for extra money upon check-in, despite booking online. This not only created inconvenience but also left a negative impression of the establishment. Additionally, it's disheartening to encounter false commitments from Oyo, as it undermines trust in the booking process. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The room was good, service was ok, but the maintenance is poor. They could had done a much better job. There was no mention of Internet at check-in, Hot water was not working and Air conditioning was not working either. i should say that for OYO's reputation is stake when they publish hotels with all amenities and none of them work.

Room is clean but no hot water as promised. No room service. Location is around 1 km from the Temple Darshan Entrance point. Very close to all food joints. Staff behaviour is ok. I stayed here for three nights however room clearning is not done by the hotel people despite requesting them at the time of checkin and also giving the key when you go out, Had to repeatedly request them to clearn the room and change the towels.

The rooms are as per expectation. They are worth considering the price. It should be noted that only the toilet washroom can be kept a little more clean. The facilility is good👍✅. A minus point is that the food of the hotel is very limited. Wish it was maintained a bit more.🤏

The staff are very unprofessional, they don't know how to talk to customer, no smile at all. Recommendation for owner to replace these guys or provide them training Specially the guy sitting on reception in day time. 1. AC was not working, I complaint 2-3 times but no solution at all. Specially the guy sitting in day time do not care. 2. I survived without AC 3. Room and washroom are not cleaned 4. Matress and pellow are very old and not cleaned 5. Do not use their chair, see attached image as reference

Lift not working. Hot water available only 4am to 10am. Some dust in rooms. But bed is clean, pillows and bedsheets are ok. Restaurant in the hotel is good.
