SPOT ON Hotel Sai Kohinoor

Rooms were decent for a night but not advisable for senior citizens. The lift was not working and was inconvenient for my Grandfather who can't walk properly. The room was OK but in the morning the bathroom had a cockroach, we couldn't take bath properly. Even the driver room was not neatly maintained. The only good things were the good staff and the tea.

Rooms were decent for a night but the room lights are not white It's fully yellow and the fan is also moving very slow. in the morning the bathroom had a cockroach, we couldn't take bath properly. The rooms very ok. There was no hot water in few of the room, hotel management were carrying heater rod for hot water but that was also not working. Bathrooms were not cleanest. There was power outage frequently in few rooms.

frankly speaking this place is too good. Staff is corporating and good. the view from the rom is awsome. clean rooms. issue is just with the food they dont have their restaurant . only you get here is tea and water. they also gave us vouchers for sai teerth. i love that. but the place is superb as the price for the hotel is 800rs which os affordable with the great and suberb view. Helpful staff.

This is the worst hotel that I stayed till date. The hotel has lift and they don't switch it on. We got room on second floor and I had to take the luggage by myself. So no hotel staff for luggage carrying. No hot water coming in bathroom tap. The bathroom taps look like second hand ones, all rusted. No towels were kept in the room. At night I had to ask them and then they were provided. Power went off at 9AM and there is no generator. Wifi is there but the staff gives all lame reasons like range is not there on second floor and sometimes gives me wrong password to waste my time. Complimentary breakfast is just a gimmik, when I asked what's there for breakfast then the reception person told me we will give you one plate of any item in morning. So there is no full breakfast. It's only namesake. They ultimately did not give me breakfast proactively. I had to chase them as a beggar and then they finally provided me idly at 10AM when I came down for checkout. I tried a lot to find atleast one thing to write which I found good but couldn't find one. If you want to have a mental breakdown on your vacation then choose this hotel. Better to be avoided.

Far from the temple no mode of transport arranged by hotel. If we tell them to arrange we have to pay extra . No proper room service. No hot water. Pls don't book that's my review.

Staff in Day shift is helpful. They also guided us to visit Sai Teerth theme park which was a very good suggestion by the lady at the reception counter. This visit made us feel blessed and happy.

Worst room in my life No free wifi changing wifi passsword.He is dying to give wifi password.Tv channels contain hardly 5 channels.Not responding for problems.While sleeping Mosquitoes Not hygenic Never visit in your life visit this room and place. If u want to go and feel unhygenic u can go
