Very bad experience. The staff was very rude. And make sure you decide the room price first and pay at the same time aslo collect the receipt. Otherwise you end up paying double the charge. After they threaten you and tell you that do whatever you want but you have to pay this much. Very bad. P s i haven't got any option from Google so I have to give them 1 star. But they doesn't even deserve 0 Pathetic experience

Not seen the rooms and got opportunity to use their rest rooms for quick refresh... Charging Rs.50 per person for the quick refresh.. those bathroom can be maintained much better with smell free and proper lighting...

Worst hotel. Nothing is clean. Hotel taxi driver cheats them by telling that it's hotels taxi and will drop at the temple. But you will end up paying 300+ to his friend who runs a shop near temple by buying unnecessary stuff which is not required. If not that shopkeeper asks you to pay 150 as taxi fair. Please never use this taxi, if u visit this hotel.

Worst service at the price, I don't know how this hotel is rated 3 stars as it really don't deserve any star. The reason behind my rating is that they provide you nothing & you will be told that you will get a neat & clean washroom and hot water for bath but after you pay, they are least bothered that whether you stay or you get lost and the travel agents are all one unit as they will fully support the hotel not you and don't purchase the prasad from outside as they will charge you high. I am sharing some of the hotel pics of the washrooms and please carry a torch with you as washrooms don't have the Lights installed in it. It was just an opinion not to hurt the sentiments of anyone. Be careful with these kind of hotels, they show something and give something... Better to stay in Dharmshala than this, if you have no other option then check each and every thing before checking in and paying money... We paid for 4 beds before checking in and got only three beds after making the payment, hotel staffs do not give a damn to your complaint, they know very well that you can't do anything... "BE CAREFUL GUYS" #Cheat_Hotels #Unprofessional_Staff
