Worst service from Oyo on my Frist booking at OYO 1243 Hotel Reeva Suites BookingID: OSFI4593. Denied checkin inspite of booking early morning checkin and paid full amount online. Hotel give alternative room and in meantime Oyo cancelled booking and money not refuned. Now hotel ask to pay money for the room provided. Beware it is a cheat. Will take this to consumer forum.
