hotel sai santosh

I had booked 3 rooms 1 month ago but now they provide rooms on third floor instead of 1 st floor I booked 2 triple and 1 double bed rooms. Now they give me two double and 1 triple bed room They told to adjust. I paid advance payment therefore I have no option Don't pay advance payment to hotel they are not reliable From your Response... I drink alcohol for which I get permission from you . Hardly 10 minutes I use your back space not in your corridor you provide us glass and water. we done it faster without any inconvenience to your other customers at the time of checkout. I had paid 1200 rs. For 1 room in which we adjusted for hardly 2 to 3 hours. You give us extra mattress without pillow and bedsheets how could you run a hotel in such manners. First of all you give allotted rooms to customers who pay you in advance it's your responsibility how to manage booking rooms. You said at time of booking room are not allotted but booking is confirmed then I booked 2 triple and 1 double bed room and you give us 1 triple and 2 double bed room.

Don't go, facility provided are very poor torned and very thin blanket, will not provide any chair, table nothing in room. Will intensionally charge you extra amount on room rent, when you will for check out again will try to charge money by saying you have broken something of the room. Bed sheet very very dirty. No hot water facility will say will provide you but will not. Don't go very poor. Ek dum gatiea hotel. Thand hone par extra blanket b nhi denge. Safai ka to bus kya kahe. We became fool aur log na bane.

Its a budgeted hotel. I stayed here for 1 night. Little far like 700 m from Sai baba main temple. But good for solo traveller and budgeted people. Near to bus stand. Most places are easily accessible by Foot

The rooms are good and is located very close to the temple. Service is bad. We did not get hot water in the rooms, no tea or coffee was available as there is no kitchen. Got drinking water also after following up for 20 mins. There is no lift. If you are traveling heavy or with elders please forget this place. There are only 2 floors though..but the stairs are many. The attitude of staff is not worth mentioning.

Worst stay ever. Not at all hygienic. No cleanliness .bedsheets was not available after I requested they gave which was not at all clean.Bathrooms are also same not clean.I didn't like the stay.

very bad experience… dont preferred this property very bad and rude staff they just accept online payment through goibibo and then denied the checked in….they will not refund your money…….wastage property

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in AC Room with my family. Rooms were ok...but.. The room cleaning services and maintenance is not done regularly in morning unless u call them personally for cleaning. No bathroom amenities, no wifi, no drinking water supply from hotel. It's just I was playing for the AC room that's all.

Not good not bad...only staying ,I was disappointed when saw that there is no food service/in inside room there is no complementary water and no AC..taken charges for AC rooms
