★★★★★Hotel Sai Leela Shirdi exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of pilgrimage. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious and varied. Conveniently located near the temple, it offered a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

NillOverall stay was good especially when you are traveling pets. It's pet friendly. Though some things are good like service there are lot of things that need to be improved. 1. Food quality and quantity. I have observed that especially the breakfast served is not fresh at least when it comes chutney and sambar or chole etc. 2. They charge GST for everything. I have travelled with my pets for most of the places and we have been charged around 500 or 1000 rs but never GST on that. This is the first time I have paid GST for this. 3. The most important thing is charging GST on MRP (water bottles) which is illegal. Paying few more rupees is not a deal but customers are being cheated over this. When the same was discussed with management, and saying its illegal, he replied saying its their policy. I don't know which policy they are following when the whole country is following another. As our stay and the service we received from the staff is good we overlooked this point. I request the management to educate your front desk people and also the accountant who take cares of the books.

NillIt was a bad experience there. The amount they took versus the services provided was really not worth. Also, they didn't provide anything in room except towel in the room, no shower gel no shampoo. Also the staff was not so friendly.

Nillrecently stayed at Hotel Sai Leela in Shirdi, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: Location: The hotel is situated too far from the main city, making it inconvenient for travelers. Reception Appearance: The reception area left much to be desired. It appeared poorly maintained and uninviting. Room Discrepancy: The room I was assigned was nothing like the photos shown online. It was disappointing to see such a difference. Lack of Toiletries: Basic toiletries were not provided adequately. Only two small, low-quality soaps were available in the bathroom. Blanket Quality: The blankets provided were reminiscent of railway AC blankets—far from comfortable. Staff Behavior: The person at the front desk was uncooperative and unhelpful. Overall, my stay at Hotel Sai Leela was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. I hope the management takes these points into consideration for improvement.

NillOverall, our stay was satisfactory. Initially, the property appeared aged, but upon closer inspection, it was well-maintained. The lush greenery on the premises uplifted our spirits and provided a serene atmosphere. The rooms were decent, tidy, and had a pleasant ambiance, although the room service was notably sluggish. Considering the price of 4k per night, we expected more bathroom amenities, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo, which were disappointingly absent. The restaurant had an appealing appearance and served appetizing food, yet the service fell short of expectations. The staff seemed disorganized, leading to errors in the order of our meals. The swimming pool was a letdown, with unsafe and uncomfortable slides, along with inadequate cleanliness. Additionally, the extra charges for simple items like balls, tubes, and tubs felt unreasonable, especially given the high room rate. In conclusion, I would recommend this place for a stay, but not for a leisurely resort experience.

NillStayed from 27th to 31st Jan'24 in a villa. Amazing place, clean and spacious (room, washroom, common areas, ample parking space). Swimming pool and open area, everything is good for a perfect family stay. Staff is super courteous. Provides free drop & pickup from temple but one can walk also. Food is also good. Pets are allowed with extra payment. One should definitely try.
