Location of the hotel is far from civilization. Not many options of restaurants around. Rooms were fine, but only bottled drinking water was available. The hotel should have filtered water as an option. Also, there is a bar within the premises which could be an issue for families and elderly devotees. Hot water is not available 24/7 and was only provided when asked for. Hotel staff was humble and helping though.

Not having hotels restaurant, ordering from restaurant located at front.. Also need to Pay first even you have booking.. If you want anything in room need to order in Cash... No car Park.. They allowing car parking the space having front of entrance. Also make sure that during chek out they asking your phone and give Five Star rating their own.. Considering Rate and Rooms is Average..

Area is not suitable for with family. As evening starts people willing to have the drinks and NON Veg dishes preparation goes on. Entry to this hotel rooms has very less lighting and the area is not clean and needs proper maintenance. Lift is not working. Staircase and adjucent places is dirty. No Landline telephone number and even the Receptionist/ Attender is not available. Very difficult to have the Vegetarian foods nearby. Better to have the restroom/ accommodations in either Bhakthi Nivas Or Shirdi Ashram. Facility/ atmosphere is very Good

Once upon a time when this hotel had tie-up with Oyo it must had been a flourishing hotel. From my recent stay at hotel it was pretty clear that they broke up with OYO. hence you won't find it on OYO. the staff here is meagre. They have just 5-6 people managing hotel, resturant and bar. So yes they have comprise on many levels in all the three departments. Since they don't have support of OYO hotel infra has also taken a hit. One most helpful advice, try carrying iron rod heater for hot water in morning. May be corona had been tuff on this hotel but they are trying to manage all three hotel, resturant and bar. So expect few shortcomings on their service part. But overall the rooms are spacious and good.

1. Facilities were not provided such as Soap and towel even after requesting for it. 2. AC was not available for all duration and it was switched off early morning saying that we dont switch it on during day time and it will be available only after10pm. These 2 points were so disappointing.

Room was at affordable price Service Manager is cooperative.bathroom not good. Main channels of Cable tv not working. Breakfast* (free )was quarter plate poha with 20ml of tea

Service is good but wrist for dinner and lunch also liquir is available but ice cubes and cold water they don't have in summer so why should go there.

Average hotel and AC as well as no hot water in room. AC is just for showing but not working. However people are good at reception and giving write guidelines for the local sight thanks again for the help.
