Hotel SS Palace

we have been in here, worst experience we had, first thing the reception guy dont give damn who stays here or not , they listen to side hotels, agents here charge more than you expect if they see you with family, Do not listen to agents just walk in to any hotel, this hotel and specifically the hotel next to it named SSS are both worst in case of hospitality as they tried to manipulate to take other side hotel next to it which is sss palace, when we have already checked in to this hotel.... agents here are killing hotel business no humanity left near baba ashram worst hotels ss and sss... shame on you !!!!!

Only the front facia of the hotel is good. The rooms are not good at all. I opted for AC room, they changed 3 times the rooms and none of the ACs were working. The rooms were dirty, stained and torn bedsheets, rough matresses and stinking bathrooms. They haven't upgraded at all. I would recommend anyone this hotel for a comfortable stay. The food you order will be from outside and they will serve without utensils or cutlery, but on paper and plastics. Very bad experience.

Not recommeded. They offered free car drop to temple. But they actually directed to pre planned autoriksha who directed to the phoolwala shop to sell flawers and other unnessesory puja samagri. It shoud be avoided by good hotel. Room was not cleaned neither water was served. Although to get fresh it is good hotel at higher price.

Stayed on 18oct 18. Bad experience in my life. Hotel from outside looks good but inside room it is quite opposite. Room doesn't have ventilation properly. No dust bin provided inside room and no mirror provided inside wash room. For 5 bedded room only 1 fan provided.

Bad room service. They don’t give a hand soap in the bathroom. Bedsheet wasn’t clean. When asked for a clean one, they handed me one kept on the floor of a store room which wasn’t clean either. Staff not helpful. The only “help” they did was to be responsive enough to clean the bathroom after we checked-in.

Hotel is in a good spot in Shirdi. About 10 minutes walking distance from The main Shirdi temple. Has lifts and is well accessible. Gives affordable residing choices. Non AC 4 bed rooms starting from ₹1000. AC "Deluxe" 3 bed rooms starting from ₹1300. Rooms provide good ambience. But are a bit cramped. Toilet and bathroom is okay. Need to focus on more regular cleaning. Else it's all well and good.

We got offer from make my trip. So on the offer price if we see then it's value for money|Walking distance from temple. On the main road.|Newly constructed. It has lift too. |No restaurant, but they can arrange food from nearby
