Apple Sai Residency

Totally disappointed with the stay. I have paid for an AC room, the room definitely has an AC however the AC wasn't working. The service boys have tried to turn on the AC using multiple remotes, but nothing worked. I had planned the trip only for a day so I couldn't stay back in the room and keep waiting until the AC started to work properly. There were cockroaches all around in the room as well as in the washroom. The room was setup properly however, there was dust on everything object in the room. I didn't feel like sitting on a chair and even on the bed atleast for a minute. The stay is definitely not worth the amount paid.

They have a tie up with orange travels so they give you special pricing when you opt orange travels. Location is almost 2km from temple. Good place to fresh up and get started. Value for the money.

I had booked a room at Apple Sai Residency. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was confronted by a receptionist who not only misbehaved with me but also used vulgar language during our interaction. I had booked only one room for my stay. However, the receptionist insisted that I owed money for another room, which I did not use . Despite explaining the situation, the receptionist was uncooperative This entire incident was not only unpleasant but also unprofessional.

All the orange tours and travels busses stop in this apple Sai residency. If you want to get out of that place you have to walk through this hotel, this is not at all good, like there should be a way so that passengers can directly walk out after getting down the bus My reply : First of all i did not say that I stayed in your hotel and I did not comment anything about your rooms or hospitality, it's just that you are forcing customers of orange travels to walk through your hotel to exit from that place thinking that we might book rooms in your hotel. Everything about this hotel is great. Clean & comfortable room,perfect location.The staff is good,especially Mr.Raj Sir(G.M) is very friendly & helpful,he made our stay more pleasant. I can really recommend the hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent location.Rooms are extremely clean & comfortable.Good service.The staff is wonderfully patient & helpful,Especially Mr.Raj Sir(G.M) is a very nice & lovable person,who make us feel like family member & gave wonderful support in every need of our visit.We enjoyed our stay here.Everything about this hotel is great.Highly recommendable hotel.
