Very well maintained in terms of cleanliness of rooms. Food was very tasty but they took a little longer to serve and it was a little costly too. The room service was impressive. The taps in the washrooms were leaking. The internet connection was good. They also provide free pickup and drop to the temple, railway station and airports whenever required. The overall experience was good.

This hotel as amazing exterior and interior designed. Mostly stone work. Rooms are very clean and spacious. We had lunch which was good. We took their deluxe room which is on roof top. There are only 2 deluxe rooms so if you want to have roof top view please book in advance. Hotel management has not listed deluxe rooms on any aggregators website so you may have to contact them directly. Staff is friendly but just need more training and attention to guests request will give them browney points. It's little far from main road and temple by walk but if you have own vehicle then there is no problems.

Stay was quite okay. Location of the hotel is very much inside the main road. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Toilet fittings are not upto the mark, we had to change the room since one rooms hand shower didnt work. Towels provided were dirty. Best part is the hotels terrace!

Room was clean, staff was polite and supportive. As we were three girls. So safety was there, no need to worry... They arranged cab for us.. And hotel was very good. I enjoyed alot

Location of Hotel is in Remote Area, we had to waste 30 minutes in search of Hotel. Out of 10 Rooms only our Room was booked. Rest were vacant. Only one person was there for service ie Reception, Room service etc. Though they claim to have Restaurant there but it is not there. They arranged food from market. We were charged for Break fast by Make my trip but since there is no restaurant they given two options where as in their menu 15 options were mentioned. Rooms are good and spacious.

Third graded behavior by the owner, manager and staff. After booking from aggregator they said we cant give room at that price call the aggregator because you payed them and not us. I was shocked by such horrible behavior. Very far from temple also so not at all worth the money. We have to keep taking auto for every small thing.

One of the best hotels in Shirdi. You can stay with your family. Staff is very helpful. Peaceful place in Shirdi. Food served was good. The property is like a palace in Rajasthan. A lot of parking space is available, so you can plan to take your own vehicle as well.

Pathetic hotel staff This hotel is a new property and have clean but small rooms, no towel, no foot mat, no toiletries, useless reception counter. All the boys employed here are either busy listening to music, eating out from in house bakery or watching TV no one is bothered about guests. They do not have their own restaurant and hence no room service for lunch or dinner, they did give some dry tastless sandwiches as complimentary breakfast with cold tea, i must advise people against paying huge money and booking this hotel. Do not spoil your tour by stepping in here. Oyo hotel is also responsible for this mismanagement.
