Hotel Sai Grand Castle Inn

Not recommendable for families or even for a single person. There are many things which is beyond price per day and hidden which you will find after experience. My experience was not so good at all. First of all, they showed me the room where few lights were not working, toilet seat was broken, TV cable was not in operation etc. I got to know when I checked all things when they handed over room pass key. Although, they changed the room after they could not fix it. Howover, the room provided right after was also not perfect. I cannot share washroom picture but after it was not clean even after telling them about it. On last day, we request them to check out by 2 pm due late train but they straight forward denied and asked for extra charges. Even the entire property was vacant but they wanted 2 hours extra cost too. We vacant the hotel immediately after the incident. The best part was hotel is labelled as 3 star category on all sites but as per manager it does not fall under any star category 🤣.

The hotel is near to the temple. They have various room category for couple and family.. I went in last week with maa family they given us 5 bed room which is interconnecting bed room. Which was so neat and clean.. Morning breakfast was superb by taste and variety too.. Tx u team

On 06-12-24 we checked in in the evening. In this hotel, suddenly our daughter's health got spoiled in the night and she was crying till late night. The entire hotel staff was awake with us and the manager also sent his staff with us to take us to the hospital. The hotel staff was very helpful and helped a lot throughout the night, so thank you very much to all.

We stayed here for one day stay . Rooms are good and neat.. very near to the temple.. morning breakfast was so nice and delicious.. staff is so polite and helpful to solve the queries.. highly recommended for the couple family and friends thanks u team

We family frequently visits shirdi and this hotel.. they have great service with neat and clean rooms.. very near to the temple.. morning breakfast was to delicious and in variety.. we family highly recommend this hotel for couple. Family groups thanks

No hot water in hotel, they were like only in morning 4 am to 11 am you will get hot water. If people are check in they need to wait for hot water for the next day. No restaurant. They are very much good hotels near by which is very near to temple. Not at all recommended. The room is very costly. Definitely not worth for the price listed. If you are getting it in 400-500 then only try.
