The hotel staff were friendly including the restaurant staff. Tina at the reception was very helpful and kind. Deepa the restaurant staff was very caring. The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The towels and sheets were not clean at all. Not sure why so much restrictions on toilet papers Furniture and decoration need updating Overall disappointing

The Pride and Charm of Shirdi. I have been staying at this property since the beginning and never had a negative experience. Best in class hotel for a comfortable stay. Food quality and choice of food is excellent. Entire staff at the property starves to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

Property is nice...they offer free pick/drop to temple. Staff is really humble, soft spoken. NICE SERVICE. Rooms are good...but can be improved a little.

It was a very good for us in Renest Shraddha Inn. The experience was divine. Everything was done with utmost care. The staff was very welcoming. Food was very good and hygienic. Free shuttle service from the hotel to temple and vice versa was really helpful. I would recommend this place to my close ones. Room cleaning was very good. One suggestion: You can upgrade the bathroom if possible.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay with our family. The staff were very accommodating for both children and senior citizens. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the dinner was delicious.

My multiple requests for hot water was not fully addressed. Shower water was lukewarm in the evening as well as in the morning. After a very long day of travel I was looking forward to hot shower but so disappointed (paid Rs 4500/nt). Everything else was as expected.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Ambience of the rooms is great. We ordered dinner on room service and we received it within 20 minutes. Food was also tasty and sufficient quantity. The only issue we faced was water wasn’t that hot probably because of solar and it was not sunny outside. Other than that everything was great. Although it’s walkable distance from temple, they also have free cab facilities to pick and drop to temple. My favourite part was they have kept ancient idols and nailed famous temples history on the corridors. Very informative and interesting.
