Hotel Lee Grand

Usually I book my hotels using cleartrip and goibibo . This was my first hotel booking with yatra and I am very much disappointed with the hotel service and charges. There was no shop provided by the hotels, rooms was not clean. We got a room which was very small in size. Though I mention I have a kid with me, bed was small in size. Didn’t find drinking water in the room. There was a water jug, but water in the jug was old. Bathroom was so small that you can’t turn inside.||Front desk was not helpful, before booking I called in the hotel and ask them, “we will arrive Shirdi @7am 23rd dec 2017 and our departure will be 4pm 24th dec 2017. They ask me to book the room for 2 days 22nd and 23rd, they will accommodate us according to my need (I asked them for a mail confirmation, they told not required). But they ask us to check out the room by 12 o’clock on 23rd (as they have all room booked) and ask me to wait in the lobby with my wife and Kid. Even I was ready to pay extra half a day. At the end I found they was still having some room, which they could have given us for stay.||Even while booking the room I had mentioned the same in my booking note. Which I feel not being considered.||Only thing I found the hotel good is breakfast. They don’t have great range of breakfast but the food served was hot and the person responsible was very active to service hot food to each individual.

We came by bus with Neeraj travels from Sion.Arrived by 4 pm,was tired ,we stopped at Neeta hotel and walked across the road to the hotel.Its a lovely clean hotel,just revamped. The staff are so friendly and helpful.They also have all info about the temple .||It's 5 mins walk to Shirdi temple.The food is so tasty.we had our supper there every. night,I loved the veg biryani and coffee and aloo paratha||We enjoyed our stay there and hope to visit next year again..I have a lot of photof ta ken with my new phone but can't upload

A budget hotel to stay and very near to temple. Clean and air conditioned room but wifi not available in rooms. I visit there last year with my spouse. We stay for 2 days there and breakfast was free. But food is average there so I recommend not have food in the hotel. Overall a budget hotel to stay with family.

good hotel. neat rooms. service is good food is good. staffs are service minded and helpful. hotel management need to give immediate to replace the lift . it is very old or looks like assembled. it is very risk to us the lift. we had good stay and enjoyed their service. keep it up

Based on my 1st stay with family at Hotel Lee Grand, below is my feedback:|| ||A) Pros :-||1) Excellent location ie, Close to Sai Temple, ATMs, Mahalaxmi Temple, Food Court. || Very much suitable for senior citizens.|| ||2) Wellhead staff- at Front Desk at Restaurant and Housekeeping (Giving 5 star for || Ravi from House Keeping & for Mr. Rahul).|| ||3) Clean restaurant with good options.|| ||4) Enough sitting facilities at the Reception area.|| ||B) Cons :-|| ||1) As per hotel policy, check-in & out time is 12:00 noon. However, post my check-in || at 1500 hrs, rooms were still not ready. That is disappointing...|| ||2) Linens not that clean. But then, it was immediately changed on pointing.|| ||3) Major concern- Lift. It needs to be serviced as it had to be restarted multiple times. || Not good for customers (especially Senior Citizens) if they are trapped in it.|| ||4) Room maintenance not good at all. Though there are multiple sockets given in || room for Mobile charging, not necessary all of them will work. At least, the rooms I || booked only 2 were working in both rooms.|| ||5) Basin tap in my room can move in all directions, lolz!!!. Needs to be repaired.|| ||6) More bright lights would have been better in rooms.|| ||Overall, it was a good stay.

3 Weeks i visited Shirdi with my friends through IRCTC, They booked the hotel for stay. According to me and the 12 guest who stayed along with me feels that this hotel is one of the dirtiest, Shabbiest and worst hotel. Name looks great, but worse than a local hotel. Starting from check in, The Reception team feels they are providing the hotel for free of cost very harsh behavior, Pathetic Lift with no roof and enough gap between lift and the floor which can easily make you slip. Very Small room, Dirty bed sheet (Changed after we went and shouted the reception team), A/C controls are at reception, so you have to request them to switch on AC every time, No hot water after even at 7:00am, when checked it was observed that they are still using the old method of wood fueled furnace boiler, wash room not clean. if you are with kids its more worst. Food, no Choice other than what they give, taste not that good. Overall a worst experience.||||Only good thing : Very nearer to the temple other than that nothing.

Le Grand a small and a clean place don't expect a 5 star treatment , I stayed in Room 102 which came with AC and double matters with Balcony. Note the easiest way is to book online as you will easily save 30% compared to walk in. Wifi is available only in the Lobby.||||The best Part is the restaurant is very good the Chef and the cook prepare food as per your choice and very tasty. You should try the Maharashtra Thali its unique and well done.

This is good property located a few hundred meters from the temple complex.The rooms are neat and clean and the service was up to the mark. Had booked this place on Goibibo with good deal.||||Only disappointment was that they do not have wifi access in rooms, we were told that we would get access in lobby area only which we didnt bother to try.||||Has ample car parking.||||Couldnt sample the food in their restaurant as we dined mostly at eateries around the temple area.
