Very bad hotel and service, cleaning issue, lift issue, hot water issues. There are other good option in this option.

One of them nice hotel to stay in Shirdi. It has got all amenities like lift, central air conditioning, restaurant, parking, smart door locks, hot water etc and priced with reasonable rate (however negotiation required). The restaurant serves vegetarian foods. Rooms are enough big with modern interiors and imported fittings in bathroom. Excellent room service and hospitality. Hotel could improve the maintenance in terms of painting.Checkout time 12 noon. Overall great experience.

For staying it is a good hotel very clean rooms even bathroom is clean and not stinky. But restaurant is not so good. So just select it as a staying n not for eating. The overall infrastructure is good. Switch system is good. Hotel service is upto mark but well organized. But still for staying it is one of the best hotel in Shirdi but for eating i would like to prefer you something else.

Nice rooms. Good staff. Cleanliness needs to be improved. 500 metres from Shirdi temple. One extra star for the owner's acceptance and commitment to improve the condition of the rooms and get into top 3 hotels list in Shirdi.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 days.It was bad experience for us to stay in this hotel.It is definitely not worth for saying 3 star hotel. No maintenance and no room service. Hot water is available from 3 AM to 6.30 AM. Who will wake up early in the morning just for hot water.They did not provide hot water even we ask for fresh up after a long journey in the night(winter) TV cable activation is not done for a room. sink is not working in bathroom. Phones in both rooms are not working even to discuss/complaint. Rooms with full of mosquitoes in night. It was a nightmare for us.

Photos shown on google are earlier one. Current hotel Photos attached for ref. Visited last week only and book this hotel via FabHotels and worst experience. Currently rooms and floors not maintained. Lots of guest moving here and there for their AC complains and no solutions by hotel staff. Room AC Set to 18 Degree and feel like 26/27 after 5-6 hours cooling. Staff behavior rude and full of attitude. Room Service are worst. No Proper curtains - its completely transparent. Asked multiple times for same then hotel staff drop curtains at doorstep. No DTH - even not connected power connected. I have attached restaurant picture also where there were lots of spider nests. No Cleaning - No professional way. Rating must be in minus for this hotel. Got to know that earlier some other management and now manage by some other owner/management team.

Very disappointing I say. This hotel is rated as 3 star which is no way near to a actual 3 star hotel. No hygiene in restaurant, tables are not cleaned and looks dirty , average quality food, below average room maintenance, no complimentary breakfast. They charged me 4700 rupees for a deluxe room but fainted a moment by seeing the room they provided to us. My Pictures speak more than what I say.

Had mixed opinion before lodging in .. but the food here overpassed the expectations.. finest south indian food available in Shirdi .. rooms are satisfactory as they were once a 3star hotel and lacked proper maintenance.. Overall - a no compromise hotel for saibaba temple visit
