This is not even 1 star, its minus 5 star. Receptionist are not even interested in anything, they charge you before you check in, staff is not interested in any service, they are high or drunk always, after check out they dont change the sheets and towels, no matter how much you call at Reception they don't care. I think so Receptionist hates the owners and they want their hotel to shut down

Rooms are very good but some silly issues like tv's sound is not having sound like that otherwise it is best l would like to suggest you to book this hotel only in shirdi

Very bad experience here, staff is unprofessional, service is bad, AC doesn't work, no geyser for hot water, no in room dinning and hotel restaurant food is very bad quality.

Rooms are good but issue is with service. We didn't get any room service and staff was not co operative

Locates behind the Khodiyar kathiyawadi dhaba The hotel is very near to th saibaba temple so that's good thing Just walking distance Somehow price range is high And They demand payment in advance so I consider this thing is not good Cashless facility available only bharatpay and phone pay available The behaviour of the clerk is quite good Rooms were good condition One thing happened with me at that time bathroom lock was closed automatically in early morning so It was panic situation for me Overall good hotel If you want to stay near the temple and ready to pay more

Hotel was neat and clean only they didn't provide hot water for bathing

Pathetic service,they are not able to provide an invoice,it's been 20 days ever since the stay.phone number is also switched off
