Hotel Leelawati

Ok place to stay for 1 night stay with family, price can be negotiated. The washbasin tap was a little damaged but rooms were cleaned upon request.

Worst experience, Staff was extremely rude when asked for drinking water. Not recommended at all.

Only positive is that the rooms are spacious and not unclean. I took a non AC room in which the TV was not working and hot water facility was also not available. Due to cold weather during that time, I asked for hot water separately for elderly members and they were not able to offer that as well. Rooms a very costly as well. They take money and then don't bother.

Giving one star coz there s no option of minus stars. I booked this hotel via goibibo and arrived on the check in date at 11 pm, Now the contact that i recieved form goibibo was switched off from the beginning, Upon arriving i was told that i don't have any booking. After 30 mins of hassle, they did confirm that there s abooking but the receptionist told me that property is sold out, Then he contacted the owner and told him of the issue and told him in a regional language, but i could make out that they do have a bigger room and a room that is in poorest condition, also smaller than what I booked for., So they denied me check in or forced me to accept that shabby little room which was downgrade to my choice. Again goibibo is only saying that we are trying to contact hotel but concerned person is unreachable,. So I waited there till 12 am and then had to find another hotel and pay double charges there since it was peak season and it was a last minute booking. I had two ladies and a 2 yr old kid with me. I don't think anyone should visit. I cannot comment about other rooms, but the waiting was very shabby, with torn sofas, the reception counter was broken, the receptionist was the dumbest guy i met.. overall I think noone should consider a stay at this place..stay in ur car only, that s better than this hotel

I am givi g one star as there is novoption to give minus. Pathatic place. No service, all items either not svailable or not working. Rooms not cleaned aftef so eone checkout. No hot water no intercom, no mirror even. No food or even water service.

Clean place, so - so experience. The lift was not working when we checked in and it never worked. No restaurant and almost no room service. We couldn't even get tea in the morning and finally left the hotel

We checked in there and asked for the towels and soap but the manager said due to Covid we are not keeping it. This was rediculus experience.

Nice budget hotel and around 1km far from the Sai temple. Rooms are ok and car parking facility is available. There is accomodation for the drivers also. No restaurant here.
