Rooms and corridor were not clean. We booked AC room and there was no light for our entire stay - still they took money for AC. Women sitting on the reception area is way rude and room service is also way slow. For every service we need to contact reception- heater, T.V., AC etc. In photos the rooms are shown very clean- but in reality they are not and bad smell comes in the room and washroom.

Worist hotel I ever experienced in my life time. They off the A. C button from there cabin. In every hour and in night they off off it by 1 a.m s o no one will come down side for asking for... Bathroom r worst 👎

Pilgrimage cum holiday turning into a nightmare not because of the owner but the staff. Cheaters, rude behavior, misbehavior Staff: Run by one woman named Ms. Navya who handles everything from A to Z. Behaves like a man, has a rough tone, misbehaves with a man and then plays a victim card. Thanks to the Google reviews, the neighbouring hotel staff members and of course the guests present at the site. Everything said and written is indeed very true!!! If a woman wishes to behave like a man, then she should be ready to take it back, like a man too. If one instigates / pokes / misbehaves with someone then one should be ready to get it back also. It does not mind where you are from, what matters is your humbleness and politeness to speak with your clients, not giving fake promises and cheat them. Cheaters: Giving owner / staff room to the client and giving the client’s room to someone else which is booked on client’s name and earning extra money is cheating. Asking the client to leave before the designated time is cheating Giving false promises and not abiding by them is cheating Owner – very polite to talk on the phone. Not available on site The hotel is good no doubt however the behaviour of the staff members is unprofessional making it inconvenient to stay. Hope some action is taken otherwise several other hotel options are available in Shirdi.

PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE. Please don't book a room as this property is being looked by an outsider. The lady and the manager are big time cheaters,they scammed our harden money and peace after taking the money. They gave our room to owners family and we were given a room where the manager and lady slept. It was such a shameful and heartbreaking experience for us😕. We had already booked the room 15 to 20 days prior. In the same night at around 2.30am she rang the bell saying that she has to take some bedsheet and blankets from the room, which really screwed my mind because we had just travelled all the way from Mumbai, hoping to get a sleep so that we can get up early and go to the temple peacefully. The lady was unprofessional very rude and on top of that she was abusive and shouting at us all the time.😤 Our room was booked from 26th Jan till 27th morning 10 am she told us to take out our bags and keep in the car so that she can sleep have a bath change the clothes do washing and cooking in the same room which they gave us which was very untidy. All this was happening at 4am in the morning.😕 Still we as humanity we agreed to give her the room as she was a women, which she clearly took advantage of and mugged our money. After taking the darshan of Sai Baba we came back at around 8am and then we asked for the key which she agreed to give when we return from Darshan. The lady shouted at me saying it's just little time left to check out please wait for some time I'll give u the key. Now again when I asked her she's like I want the room for more time as I haven't taken a bath nor I've washed my clothes.😡😡😡 This is where we understood that this women is big time cheater and the Hotel is also involved in the scam 😕. At this time I felt like I'm helpful and scammed by the property. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

It was a good experience staying in this hotel. Service was quite good. Nice hospitality. Rooms are comfortable and convenient according to price and amazing gesture by the staff..
