Hotel Sai Rajaram Palace, Shirdi.

Very bad experience, bedsheets were not clean, no facilities at all, even the washroom was not good. We have booked the hotel for 2nights and have paid the full amount ,due to emergency we need to leave the room next day. But still the hotel has not refunded the half amount and they have taken our Bank account details.It has been more than 10 days we are following up for the same.

Buses from nashik directly drop here , when we ask for sai mandir dharmshala buses conductor deny to go there and they drop directly these hotels after that you don't have option to get better option, initially hotels commit so many things but after payment and we need services they deny and said we didn't said that this and all. Never stay these type of hotels which are recommended by any buses or auto person. All have their commission and very rude behavior. Better to stay sai bhaktiniwas , dwarka niwas dharmshala they only charges 600 for 5 person AC rooms. These hotels charges 1000 rs for 8 hour which we had faced only 1 double bed in room..

The worst service ever. Do not care about senior citizens. Do not provide travel in the city, but they will charge plus amount for the travelling. The owner has no manners to behave. The only matter to him is money. Once you pay the amount, they will not even ask for anything next.

This is a very bad hotel and has bad service. That hotel persons totally money minded fraud persons especially Rahul Jogdand is a very fraud person. Don't depend on their vehicle bookings relating to this hotel.

No proper service we came in at 7:15 and there was no hot water we waited and waited for the hot water it came at 9:30

Beds and rooms not clean or well maintained. Okay if you are travelling on a budget. They offer free pickup and drop to the shirdi temple to and from the hotel.

The location is nice meaning you can get buses and autos from here. But the cleanliness in the hotel is very bad. There were hair on the beds. The washrooms weren't working properly. The only reason we went was because the bus driver stopped exactly in front of the hotel at 3 in the morning. If I had any other choice, I'd never choose this hotel. Absolutely not recommended.

The owner of the hotel was soo rude firstly we were not ready to take the room but they insteaded us to take and gave untidy room then we asked them changed room and the rooms were very bad and all over the rooms they were hairs and later they dropped us near temple but asked us to purchase from their linked shop we didn't do they didn't pick us and when we came back through our own transport rickshaw they started shouting on us that black man who sits in reception waste fellow used bad words and I have a video proof and we were only ladies and it's washrooms are like public washroom no flush no cleaniness so request you to avoid taking this hotel stay instead go to holiday park hotel as they helped us alot as we were misrouted. Maharastra govt is wrost and the places in Maharashtra is so untidy. Think twice before u use this hotel
