This could have been one of the best accommodations in Shirdi. We feel definite improvement is needed for quality travellers. The room we stayed was an executive room. We found lack of natural lights in the room. The breakfast menu is same everyday. People like us planning to stay more than a day may not appreciate this. The daily cleaning service is not great. More efficient and detailed cleaning is a must. Lastly, the travel agent recommended by the reception for car hire was disappointing. The Management must not tie up with unscrupulous operators and dent the goodwill of its’ own business.

Horrible rooms; cream Color spiders on beds and water leak from air conditioner which left splash of water on floor. Called room service, they cleared and fixed the issue aptly. The A/C switched back to 28 degrees and whole night we couldn’t sleep. The room had used soap initially and then I got three new ones as a replacement. Got sick and down with cold. Placed the a/c leak picture. Will try to get spider pics soon. I went and complained and all I received was sorry from the staff. Really ?????sorry at the cost of my health??? Hard earned money in drain for spending on executive double room !!!!!! Please Don’t book this hotel ever and that’s my sincere suggestion!

I earlier reviewed this hotel way back in 2017. Since then, I've been visiting Shirdi almost every year & staying at this same place - ONLY because of it's locational advantage, which I described in my earlier review. With each passing year, I've observed their declining interest towards maintenance of their property - the rooms, bathrooms, etc. - everything requires a lot of maintenance which I've been pointing out to them each time but to no avail. The room's crumbling furniture, the green fungus of bathroom's sanitary ware - it's not a welcome sight at all !||So much so, they've stopped extending even basic courtesies which they used to earlier - some flexibility in check-out time, an additional bottle of drinking water without a charge (we did'nt ask for a full bucket of the same !)||In short, it's all about money, their rigidity towards their so-called policies & least courtesy even towards their regular customers. It's only their locational advantage which they seem to have taken for granted & day is not far when they will charge you even for wishing you upon your arrival - such money minded they've become !||So dear travellers, take your call for choosing this property but do not expect any concessions, flexibility, any basic courtesies, etc. Be prepared for a rigid attitude, as they do not understand the value of a happy customer in today's competitive times of the hospitality industry.

The price was reasonable for what the property offered, especially considering its convenient location directly opposite the temple. The staff was courteous, and the rooms were clean. While the bathrooms were adequate, an upgrade to a new commode and improved sanitation would further enhance the overall experience.

We stayed in hotel G square last week with my friends and it was great stay.it is just bang opposite tomain saibaba temple you just have to cross the road, the room was nice clean and not. Restaurant and has good food with great taste front office staff is very friendly and the house keeping staff is very kind. We will definitely suggest to our friends and family.

It is very good which is opposite to shirdi temple gate 1 and 5. Food is excellent with authentic taste. A travel desk is available on request to arrange a trip for local site seeing. The reception desk is so flexible in guiding. I prefer staying in this hotel whenever I visit shirdi.

The only plus point is the location. Exactly opposite to Gate 1. The rooms are small, dirty, no windows(in our room). Inspite we asked for housekeeping 3 times it was still dirty. It was really depressing. We had to force ourselves to sleep while some bug/mosquito kept biting us. The hotel has so much potential but they are not giving much attention to customers needs. The staff is humble though. Breakfast will be 20% off excluding beverages. Even if you’ll order it in your room or have it on first floor in Sai Pranam. Food is fresh and tasty. If you are staying here and thinking of going to Shani Shingnapur or any other kind of tour just beware of the tour provider Sachin Rathi (he has a desk in the corner) that is affiliated with the hotel. Don’t take the tour from him. Up until now we had positive experience in Shirdi but this time it wasn’t. It seems like various kinds of racquet is going around in Shirdi and 5 out of 10 people are robbing people who are coming for Darshan.
