Few days back, i was here in this hotel for one day & night along with my family (1.5 years of my baby boy too) on their package which includes to & fro journey and accommodation at SVR Sai Samrat hotel in shirdi. I am here writing this review to share my own experience at this hotel and by putting my lot of time and efforts. 1. While booking the accommodation, the SVR travel advisor told us, hotel is half furlong distance from the shirdi temple but actually it is 1.5 KM from the temple. 2. Experience of accommodation at SVR Sai Samrat hotel is extremely horrible. The rooms are messy; you can find the garbage around the walls of their rooms and it is not at all maintained. 3. Regarding hot water availability at this hotel, they will say that hot water will be available from morning 5AM to 9 AM and it will not be available as per their time. And, when I went to front desk for informing them, I find nobody at the desk to resolve issue and even called the number given at reception which is switched off. As we have journey at 06.00 AM to traimbakeshwar, I waited there for more than 30 minutes, after prolonged waiting one of the hotel staff shown and I requested him to provide hot water he said it will be available within 20 minutes. After repeated request by me and my family members too, nothing happened and we bathed with the cold water only (even my toddler too) in this winter season and left that place. 4. Regarding food available at that hotel, it is not at all hygienic and charging too much money for it. If you experience with your own eyes... You can find out how worst it is. 5. Regarding their cooperation and guidance for your journey; they are not at all cooperative and the management staff will show their rudeness and arrogance while speaking. And till today i am unable to understand how their behaviour is this much filthy at the sacred place like shirdi. And they were behaved like providing all this on free of cost to us. Leave about the hotel staff, even their upper management behaviour is same as like lower level staff. Overall, my experience with this travel and hotel is nightmare, frustrating and terrible. These guys give you the fake promises about their services at the time of booking to attract travellers and when you travel with them you come to know their real behaviour. I never going to recommend anybody these SVR hotels and travels for accommodation and travel. It may be noted that, there are no. of hotels and bus services available for shirdi with reasonable price and best services and requesting all choose wisely for your travel and be vigilant with fake and fraud promises. I hope it will be helpful to the fellow travellers.

Worst Service. They didn't provide proper blankets and we adjusted with a towel whole night for my toddler. When we asked they didn't respond and the person at front desk was so rude and insisted to vacate the hotel. We wonder in what aspects SVR management considered Srinivas Reddy as front desk person who use filthy language infront of women(which happened every time we approached him). Front Desk person actually is a face of the company, he/she is the first impression. But, they considered a wrong person who is not at all inappropriate for the post.

Firstly this is very far away from the temple. Secondly the rooms are extremely untidy and are not maintained. Thirdly the service is very bad. They are laid back and unresponsive. All in all, avoid booking a room here at all times. You can definitely find many better ones even if it is last minute

Hotel rooms are to be renovated.They have to be cleaned properly.Too many cob webs are seen.food is good.

SVR is round 1.5 km away from temple! Services were nice but fan was making unpleasent noise and washroms were not up to the mark b'cos when i stepped into washroom i had to wait for water, tabs were not working after some minutes water started coming so overall experience was good but in few things they should work on, they even didn't greet me when i entered the hotel!! Otherwise it's good

Worst Service. Not professional . Room maintenance is pathetic . blankets are stinky and might not washed for long time. Never stay here .for this price better to stay in other hotels .Chaitanya is the front office person who doesn't how to behave with customers. Never try this place. They are charging gst in each bill but not providing any gst invoice. We should insist them for invoice then only they will provide. SVR - Bose is Boss .not apt this title. Bose is Boss to loot general public who is coming to Shirdi .

Actually i think SVR travels very good for shirdi. But Cleaning not good. I think nyt bed sheets also not changed. I saw dry food available on my bed. Both my up and down service saw the bed sheets are getting bad.
