Hotel Sai Yatri

The hotel's location is convenient, just 1 km from Sai Mandir and close to the bus stand, but the overall experience was poor. AC and TV control is with the reception, there was no hot water, and basic amenities like tea kettles were missing. Cleanliness was a major issue, with unwashed bedsheets and blankets. The staff was limited, and service, while okay, was far from professional. It’s only suitable for a one-night stay if no better options are available.

Very poor customer service. TV and AC not switched on by hotel staff as the control is with reception. No running hot water in the taps. No amenities - like tea kettle, hand towel etc even at a tariff of their choice. Only good thing about the hotel is location - next to ST Bus stand and less than 500 mtrs from gate no one of mandir complex. 25-30 rooms are managed with just 3 members team.

Our worst experience We drived whole night and was bad time to get such sai yatri. We booked the room we asked him for card machine he denied so I gave him 500 cash . I told I will withdraw while going for darshan . 20 min he came and start knocking door. I told him let me sleep. He switched of the ac . Wen I went to check he was asking money . I told him swipe my dear let me sleep. He switched off our room light demanding money . Then while clearing demanding more 500 rs . He was trying to argue and fight with us. He loots people he think he is local so saab chalega . Very bad service this PPL can do anything .

They don't have clean and washed bed (Bedsheets,Pillow Covers, Blankets) It is a low budget but because they don't clean or wash these kinda things regularly. It is 1 KM away from main Sai Mandir. They do have parking space for cars. Room service is good but you can't expect professional staff in this rates. Its okay to stay for 1 night if you can't find any good clean hotel.

This hotel is just 500 meters away from the temple. Hotel lobby rooms everything is good and fits into ones budget. Service is good. Food is also provided by them but you need to pay extra for that. So it's better to have the food outside unless you are feeling lazy to go out.

Horrible rooms, missing furniture, dirty linen No restaurant, no 24 hr hot water, ac is locked at low that forces you to turn it off quickly. Poor ventilation. Broken bathroom glass windows. Very costly for the service and rooms provided.

I used to stay in this hotel from past 3 yrs and also recommended my all friends heading to Shirdi. However, this time I had the worst experience with this hotel. Prices were extremely high as compared to others in peak season and when asked for discount the reception person very rudely said "Go and Stay in Lodge if you want discounted price".. this is the level of their customer service. No hot water in Bathroom. Asked for a blanket since I had a kid 1 yr old with me, they out rightly refused it and dropped phone. Asked for drinking water, they provided TAP water and insisted to buy water bottle which was sold on higher MRP. So.... Stay here only if you have no other option left else better stay in lodge, their services would be better than this hotel.. They took payment in advance this time... I don;t understand why it was done.. may be because they know of their worst customer service. Stayed on 20-21 April. in twin suite so don;t ever take that room.. it's actually a combination of one A/c and one non A/c room which they call a suite.
