Worst Hotel Experience Ever! We had booked this hotel a day before our arrival and even confirmed the booking when the staff called us. But when we reached, they had already allotted all the rooms to others for a higher price! Despite our confirmed booking, they simply denied giving us a room and shamelessly asked us to call the aggregator for a refund. This happened at 10 PM, and I was traveling with my 2-year-old son. The management staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and behaved as if they were completely illiterate. 👉 DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL! Horrible, cheating staff with zero sense of customer service. 🤬 A terrifying and frustrating experience!

Worst hotel I have seen ever. Very poor service, very dirty towels, bedsheets & blanket. The washroom taps were not working (leakages). The night lamp & tube lights were in very poor condition. I would neither recommend nor going to stay this hotel ever.

Pathetic experience with this Hotel. Very rude and illiterate Reception Manager. No hot water, no shower, no jet spray, no flash, wash basin leaking, no proper lights, no wifi, no phone in the room, no restaurant. All fake photos and fake amenities shown on the Goibibo app. When complained to the manager he said you should check before check-in into the room.

It was the WORST stay in my life that I took this hotel By mistakely. It was very hard to find the hotel. There was no one for room service. The toilet was broken, plus there was a very unpleasant smell. The staff was very rude, after some time later a man came and talk to us very rudely. The next morning we the hotel. Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life🤢. There is no option of giving 0 star that's why i have to give 1 star

My experience with this hotel was disappointing. Despite booking a room, the staff exhibited useless and disrespectful behavior. They denied our check-in, claiming they only accept pay-at-hotel bookings on Oyo. Shivam Gupta, one of the staff members, later offered a room but suggested we seek a refund from Oyo, displaying rude behavior throughout. Overall, a frustrating encounter with uncooperative staff.

For food negative rating. Had 1 dinner and 1 breakfast in two days stay. I had 2 rooms. No service. You paid for the room which is spacious and newly constructed. Forgot all after this. Had to ask for several times for extentions not working in both rooms, ac remote is not working in one room, towels were not given in 1 room. Had to ask 5-6 times then 1 towel came. Dustbins were not there. However got them asking twice. Since I have my senior citizen parents with me didn't make any scene. Asked them to change any one room which was assured to me in evening not given in night. However they managed to get it in the morning when I m leaving for Aurangabad trip. I refused myself this time as I had no time. Don't comment caught on bad day etc below my review since I stayed 2 days and had problems while management only managed to gave fake assurances. Most of the asking done by me going 5 floors down to the reception using elevator got faulty display. Not recommended by me at all. Also no room cleaning was done on 2nd day stay. Also I not seeing my review on OYO.

Booked this hotel just for one night on my way from bhopal to pune. Room which I booked was on third floor. To get on to the third floor u have to walk on the 1st floor then u can take a lift. Room which I booked was big but not cozy at all. Bathroom was also OK not much to say as its a budget hotel. U can see garbage while u take stairs for going up and down. Needs maintenance.

Room size was good but related to services it lags a lot. No wifi, dirty electric kettle, except water you have to order food etc from zomato, swiggy itself. Cleanliness was also not up to the mark. Ok for just a night halt but services needs to be improved definitely. They said next time wifi etc would be perfect.
