They don't maintain a register. They write payment in a normal copy. Misunderstanding can happen while checking out. Always pay online in this hotel. Some of the receptionists think that they are very clever.

The name of this hotel is welcome, it is a premium hotel, they treat the guests well, the manager, staff, house keeping, everyone is good here, there is a lot of privacy in this hotel, this is a complete family hotel, if you come here, you can stay very well, if you ask to go for a trip, we will arrange a four wheeler for you, it is a very nice place, thank you to all the hotel, swagat premium staff and manager, we liked staying here.

Its the worst hotel I have ever stayed in life. Lot of Bed bugs, mosquitoes, untidyness, bad environment will welcome you and will spoil your health and peace of mind. Never book online for hotel rooms. Room service person is there only to ask you for any food requuirement. Rooms are worst. Its hard for anyone to give atleast a single star.

"This hotel was utterly disappointing, with incredibly dirty rooms, a completely unhelpful staff, and outdated amenities that felt like they hadn't been updated in decades. The bedding was stained, the bathroom had a leaky faucet, and the air conditioning barely worked. Despite repeated requests, the cleaning staff never addressed the issues, and the front desk seemed completely uninterested in resolving any complaints. Avoid this place at all costs.".

Staff is not customer friendly, rooms dont have basic amneties, dirty toilets, foul smelling rooms, no hot water , no AC, rooms with lot of bed bugs, dirty and torn bedsheets ans pillow covers and blankets, doors dont have proper locking system, worst hotel experience and dont recommend this hotel.

IT FELT VERY BAD AS ME AND MY FRINDS NEARLY BOOKED 3MONTH BEFOR AND WENT TO THE PROPERTY FOR BOOKING TO SEE THE ROOMS THE MANAGER HAS SHOWED DIFFERENT ROOMS WHICH ARE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT SO WE BOOKED SOME ROOMS AS WE ARE BOOKING IN 10 TO 15 ROOMS AND THEY SAID THEY WILL GIVE THE SAME ROOMS TO EVERY ONE. BUT WHILE CHECKING IN THEY HAVE GIVEN US DIFFERENT ROOMS WHICH ARE NOT WORT OF 500 ALSO, THIS GUYS ARE LIKE A CHEATES. PLEASE BE CAREFULL.
