The room was really small an smelly. The service is OKish not too bad not too good. The location is the only actual plus point.

Rooms are in very bad condition. I think they are reimporoving the rooms... Which are totally bad , switches are been broken, celing are very damaged, nee more innovation in rooms.

Room Service is Bad.. We have booked multiple rooms and in one of our room doormat was missing, so we asked for it but we were not provided with any.. They even didn't provide towels in any of our rooms during our 2 days stay.. Our breakfast was complimentary but they charged for it and the breakfast was also not good.. Staff have no Hospitality and if they wish to continue in service should be trained properly..

Average hotel. Service is slow and lazzy.No breakfast available. Rooms small and just ok. Lift was not working. Room also didn't have any towel or toiletries.

Room is too small nd the bedsheets was nt so clean..no complimentary provided as it was mentioned in the online website..

If oyo is providing complimentary breakfast then why are u denying to provide breakfst.....even it was written in ur room door backside.

Good behaviour and neat and clean room all staff are responding well.

Indissent place, found people drinking in other rooms of hotel and even empty liquor bottles were kept at a place clearly visible to others
