Rooms are well maintained situated & 1st & 2 nd floor of a row house with no lift Rooms are limited they have small kitchen at upstairs serving Veg & Non veg foods But served dishes smells very bad... Other restaurants are littlebit far from this location..

No it's not the best hotel in town but you really get more than what you have paid. It's a budget hotel but the service is top class. The staff members are very humble and helpful, specially Mr. Rana. He helped me with whatever I needed and I was new to the city so he guided me as well. He also told me to call him if I need anything even if he is off duty. I didn't stay for long but it was a great experience. The location is good, not great. Though it is well connected from Railway Station and Bus Stop. Room was clean and everything was working great. It's good for everyone, solo (I was traveling solo), family and couple.

Thanks to everyone who came out to Rounds for Reflection last night. We had a great turnout, heard some great stories and, as usual, left feeling energized about this amazing job we share. Not bad for a few hours with friends on a Wednesday night. We tried something new to open season four, asking everyone to read an article beforehand as a conversation starter. The themes from Louise Aronson’s “Story as Evidence, Evidence as Story,” lingered throughout the night. We talked about the different ways we communicate with patients: when to cite evidence and when to lean more heavily on empathy and personal experience. How to be good scientists and good humans. In short: how to be a physician. We talked about how we approach our own family members’ encounters with illness, and heard a story about triaging dad’s “slow v-tach” (thankfully, it wasn’t) that gave us all goosebumps. Close to railway station. Nearby airport too. It was a real pleasant experience. The staff was very polite and sweet. I noticed that they strived for happiness of their guest. Their services in terms of food was very good too. I had rented a bike and they ensured safety of that bike too by locking the tyre in chains. I got more than I asked for, these are lovely people straight,humble and honest. Thanks Hotel smile inn!!! Just as your hotel name you have delivered smile at my face.

It is at walkable distance from platform 6, nearby localities is a bit shady though. Hotel does not have lift facilities so you need to climb stairs, it is a 2BHK converted into hotel. Hotel staff were also not very supportive. IMO this is not a hotel for females traveling alone.

It's just a building, whose 3rd floor is converted to a hotel. CONS No lift. Train horn and noise coming all the time.Very small room with an old bedsheet and pillow. Price is not worth. It must be anything below 400₹. PRO Location is center in Bhubaneswar Railway Station Area NOTE Since I posted a honest review on MakeMyTrip and Owner immidiate response is "You broke my remote". Hotel owner is able to generate good amount of fake review.

I was literally forced by the man at the counter for good reviews even when I told him I was getting late for my bus. The room service is nothing, location is worst and rooms are ugly, the location is inside Galis which is not convenient at all. You can find better hotels at this price , we overpaid do not stay here.

good room good staff good hospitality. no hot water in bathroom but do supplied smilingly by the staff. even auto and cabs with reliable and good drivers are supplied by the hotel. 😢but minimum 40 steps are to be climbed to reach the first set of accommodation. no restarent. hotel staff get food from outside.
