Service talking no good . 1. The TV was broken. 2. The bathroom door does not lock. 3. There was no housekeeping for two days, Both the room and the bed were very dirty. 4. The staff of this hotel were very poor, 5. Even the snack glass in the room was not washed even after telling the hotel staff they said it's not my job wash yourself if you can. 6. The telephone does not work. 7. All out contains no liquid

It was my worst experience i ever had. The room was okay, good but not maintained at all. All the soaps used by earlier customer were kept on the bathroom window. They had lot of bed bugs. The bug not only bites you but there is also a chance they will enter your luggage and will infect your home after you return home. We checked in for a short period and they agreed to give the room for 1500 instead of 1800. We tried bargaining more but they said that since they have to pay 12% GST they cannot go below 1500 but while checking out we were not given a GST bill. We argued and demanded but the person started intimidating us in a complete different way. I was scared wanted to scape the moment. Later 2 ladies came and started talking softly. Finally, we had to leave with just some manual bill with no GST at all. I wanted to call police but for some reason i do not trust them also. I still have that 'kachcha' bill.

The staff fooled me completely, rooms got cockroaches you can’t get off from, pillow cover with bed bugs , I SLEPT ON A CHAIR WITH HEAD RESTING ON MY BAG (gave 1400 for a 5 hours stay - 00:15 to 5:00). The staff forced me to have food before sleeping and bought 2 sabji with 2 roti (dead cold) and then asked me 320rs for it for which i gave 300 as I had that only at that time. Somehow i Managed my time as I had a train to catch at 6 , while checking out the Staff asked me 50rs again , when i asked him for what , he said sir 20 rs reh gaye thae aur 30 mai add kra hu . I was so frustrated that i didn’t bother to ask what add kra hu was for. WORST experience and do not fall for him as he stay on the way to RailView Inn and force you to his hotel. Do check reviews online , and check the room before booking.

A quiet place in 2024. But maybe it can be a congested place in later years. Mosquitoes are always readily available for you. Please bring mosari 😁😁

The staff was not very good beds were dirty and water was leaking for what they made us pay for because at night the water got overflowed and got into other rooms and they charged us for the cleaning...

I am acquainted with the owner of the hotel. I think it is best to inform you that as of recently the staff were planning on taking over the hotel. Even went as far as to try and hurt the owner. This is the reason for the bad service, it was being done on purpose. I apologise to everyone who has had a bad experience. The owner has fired those employees and the hotel is being renovated since a month ago. It's horrible knowing that young people are taking Advantage of an old man who has spent his whole life and money maintaining his hotel. I apologise again for the bad service. Thank you
