Hotel Sapphire Plaza

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Except that had a really disheartening experience. The staff doesn't even smile at you. The worst part was the in house Restaurant. The food was really bland and had to wait an hour for order. The room is very small. Suitable for 2 adults only. I do not recommend this if you want to enjoy the Indian hospitality. To provide even a spoon the behaviour was like they doing a favour on us.

Although my room tariff included complimentary breakfast, none of the staff, including front office and F&B service staff, didn't informed me about it during my stay. On my checkout day, the front office staff and F&B manager -janmnjay seemed surprised that I hadn't had breakfast, implying I hadn't eaten during my stay. Their behavior was unprofessional and judgmental, suggesting I have breakfast on my last day. It felt like they assumed I never eat. I had actually purchased breakfast from outside and ordered room service food during my stay. The service staff and manager's (janmnjay ) behavior was disappointing. I request the hotel administration to take strict action against the staff who displayed poor behavior and provide training on communication skills. The hotel's rooms are good, and housekeeping staff is excellent. However, front office and restaurant staff need improvement in knowledge and communication. With better-trained staff, Hotel Sapphire Plaza can improve its overall experience. Thank you.

Outstanding Stay at Hotel Sapphire Plaza! We booked 5 rooms for our client on 7th February for one night, and their experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel provided spacious and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel Sapphire Plaza’s prime location on the main road makes it easily accessible for travelers. A special mention to Mr. Jyoti, the front desk manager, who assisted us with a smooth check-in process and ensured top-notch guest service throughout the stay. The in-house restaurant served delicious South Indian meals, making it a great choice for food lovers. The professional and friendly staff went above and beyond to cater to every need, making the experience even more delightful. Highly recommended as the best family-friendly hotel in Bhubaneswar for a comfortable, hassle-free, and memorable stay!

We had a stay for 2 days, the hotel rooms are spacious and clean , Brekfast and Dinner both was very good with good taste , the staff is very polite and helpful and very courteous. Our overall experience was too good
