My wife and I are very happy with Rio Corporate House. The rooms are well-furnished with all essential amenities like AC and Wi-Fi. The inclusive food and utilities are very convenient. The monthly pricing is reasonable for the quality and services offered. It's a comfortable and safe place to live in Malad.

Would have given negative ratings to this hotel... For the kind of services they provided and the way that guy on the counter had behaved with me... No maintenance of hygiene.. There were cockroaches in the rooms... Even the food they provided was over priced... Would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel... Worst experience of ever

Neat and clean room with Fast room service.I had been there for my official tour.Near to railway station.Out side should be renovated.Inside of the hotel is absolutely perfect.it also has a dining restaurant (cheap and good quality as well as quantity) in the downstairs.

Hotel services and interior design are very good...and location is most important which is near to railway station as well as nearby 1 sunshine hospital is also there... mainly it is very much helpful for the patient family .

Booked via agoda and prepaid for the room 2 weeks before. OYO calls on the day of arrival and asks for extra 1k payment. Just fraudulent management.

I have booked this hotel at oyo app. I also mentioned exact check in time to access this hotel and i have received a call from oyo customer care regarding the check in time. I have check in at 9.0 pm and showed the confirmation message but what the receptionist told that all the rooms are filled already he told me to call customer care and ask for change of hotel i dont know how they will sell my confirmed room to someone and after the argument he gave me the room at dormitory. Very bad make my trip is better in my experience

Very bad hotel, they overbooked the hotel via offline customers and when the online booked customer reached , they said the rooms are not available. staff is rude and very unprofessional behaviour.even not worth for one star or any rating.
