Hotel O Nirmala Residency

I recently stayed at an OYO hotel, and it was by far the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. The room was an absolute disaster from the moment I walked in. The pictures online must have been from another universe because what I saw was nothing like what was advertised. First off, let's talk about cleanliness. Or rather, the lack thereof. The room was filthy, with dust bunnies the size of tumbleweeds in every corner. The bed linens looked like they hadn't been changed since the Stone Age, and the bathroom was a breeding ground for bacteria. They are doing scam with help of OYO. I booked using app but when i went to hotel they said they don't accept booking and asked for higher amount for very filthy room.

Worst service & rooms are really very small. Scam hotel. Location wise it's in a good place but rather than location you will get nothing. AC doesn't work, TV doesn't work but they didn't give any discount on that . Bathrooms are too dirty. They demand more money at the time of check-in where as I booked in a well price still they forced me to pay more. Only one light available in the room and nothing for ventilation. Please don't book this nonsense hotel at all. Save your money it just ruin my day and my vacation I planed for. REGRETING FOR IT.

Well starting first don't go on the Photos available on the OYO app. Initially when I Checked In I was given a small single room stating that the the type of room I had booked is not available right now (Even though I had paid Early Check In charges). Later on when I asked if the rooms were available, the Receptionist said, " The you are in is also good, stay in that" I was surprised, why would I stay in a cheaper room when I had paid for the best one they had. After a small heated discussion they gave me a room which had 2 small beds in two corners... Again not the room I had booked, I raised the concern again but they didn't give the room I had booked. Regarding rooms, they are actually small and conjusted. Washrooms are fine. No towels until you ask for. No lift available, WiFi is 2g probably. Location is good but I couldn't see any parking space or Physically Challenged Friendly Entrance and since no lift is there handicap people might face more issue. Room service was good.

Decent size rooms, old but clean. Have AC, wifi, mirror and cupboard. Provides soap and towel, TV and wifi, bell and intercom. Restaurant is also available below the hotel for food cravings. Also seem to be good for couples happy time, found a pack of Durex on top of the cupboard. Don't trust on OYO rates, these guys have their room rates and they won't let you check in unless they get that amount.

Some of the rooms of this hotel are cheap. These cheap rooms are small in size too. There were stains on the bedsheet of my room. I could not feel comfortable for the stains. Food is extremely spicy. WiFi password written in the room doesn't work. Booking was done through Oyo.

One of the worst stay i have ever in my life. I have booked a double occupancy room but when I entered it's difficult to manage one person inside it. No space to keep clothes.If you are going then make sure u take mosquito liquid with uor else u will definitely have a sleepiness night. I have paid 1200 but stay was completely pathetic. I would never recommend people to stay here.

This hotel is around 1.5 km from Bhubaneshwar railway station. Rooms are average but clean. No lift is available. They arrange food from local dhaba which is not much tasty and not much clean and not even before 8 am. So we could not have breakfast once although we paid in room rent. Tea they make in hotel so can be served earlier. Not much food options nearby. They don't have hot water in bathroom but they give from some other room for which room boy charges money. One manager was helpful and told some good local details. Overall average stay.

Very comfortable hotel without any kind of disturbances. We felt that everything was perfect from check-in to check out. We were provided with excellent hospitality. Room was quite big enough for a comfortable stay. Quality of staff and service was good. Clean and good ambiance.
