Pipul Padmaja Premium Hotel and Convention

This was my second time staying at the Pipul Padmaja.|The rooms are decent with all the expected amenities. Cleanliness levels are good and bathroom has all the essentials. The hotel has a 24 hr gym and a swimming pool. This more than justifies the room rent.||But the highlight of the stay was the food.|Breakfast spread is excellent. Everything is fresh and served promptly.|The dinner was even better though. I had ordered my food in the room but the person who took my order - Mr. Dharmendra requested that I come down to the restaurant to eat, once the food got ready.||Once I arrived at the restaurant, I was blown away by the hospitality and service displayed by Mr. Nawaz and Mr. Dharmendra. They took utmost care of me and in a moment of brilliance, went above and beyond their call of duty by delighting me with complimentary serving of soup, salad and starter - all on the house. The items were all delicious and well prepared and I finished them off.|I was full even before I started eating the main course which I had ordered. Gitanjali served the food with a smile and a hearty chat.|And to top it off, Mr. Nawaz insisted that I have some dessert - again on the house.|It sounds too much and it definitely is. And that is the best part. Delighting your guest with your service by doing the unexpected.||The team made sure I do not forget them or my stay and have made me a loyal guest for my future stays.|I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay and ask for Mr. Nawaz /Dharmendra next time you are dining here. You will not be disappointed.

A very comfortable hotel, the staffs are well trained and customer friendly, takes utmost care of your stay, good food and location. |Being a regular customer they have make me and my family felt always at home. |The rooftop swimming pool is an added luxury for the guests. |I recommend this hotel for either business trip or family trip.

Rooms are like 5 star rooms. restaurants are very good. Food is expensive but very very delicious and taste of western Odisha. Excellent hospitality. Rooms are very good. Clean toilet. Complementary breakfast is excellent. Various food served in breakfast. Food quality & quantity is good. Location is good. From Pipul to go other places is excellent. I am very much satisfied with the service of Pipul.

It was a very comfortable stay with Pipul Padmaja hotel.|I always plan to stay with them because of polite behaviour of front staff and the stay arrangements are so neat and clean everytime. House keeping staff is very active and ready to help any odd time.||Restaurant Ambience is a bit old but cooked food is good.||There must be some ventilation in GYM area.||Breakfast can be better compared with competitive Hotel available in Bhubaneswar.||Thanks

Comfortable atay with great gesture.|Professional staffs.Food quality is good. We are staying for buainess trips and this time we have stayed with family.No doubt about the hygiene.pool view also good.much much recommended for family, friends and business travellers.

The qualities of rooms are bery good. Breakfast spread is quite lavish. Service is excellent starting from the front desk to the house keeping to the Dining hall support staff. They are all ever smiling and supportive. Special mention is about the Dining hall supervisor Ms Kusum, who was ever vigilant of every small requirement of the guests in the dining hall and very quickly attended to those, with an ever present smile on her face.
