Flagship Kanak Resorts

We have arranged a birthday party there, and the whole resort was so beautiful and spacious, the ambience is good. As it's situated far from the town the cost is slightly lower in comparison to others. The rooms are nice too. The only negative point is there is a pond which looks like it is abandoned!!! The rest is good.

The place is very spacious and can accommodate big gatherings, away from city rush. Parking area in front of the resort is very spacious. The space is open with many trees inside the campus. Some facelifting of the property can earn even more demand.

Area is big. But infrastructure is lacking. Bride room/ groom room is poor in ambience. Small hall is not prper. There was little bit rains. The dinning is hamperred as no cover area. If rains more there is no space to to take shelter.

We had an IAF veteran's Reunion.on 13th April ....Its definitely a Good place in the midst of city hustle..vicinity ...The cottage rooms and the ambience was beautiful...the staff were very cooperative. nice experience..The seasnal mango arcade was having a full bloom n good harvest....this time...enjoyed the stay...thank you

Visit was a marriage reception, decent enough place. Would need more maintenance. Parking was okay enough for medium crowd. Its nicely open but if it rains, then it would be a mess.

In oyo, price was 500, but they took 800. No facilities were there, just a room with very poor A.C. No food near 2k.m, you have to order online. No extra bed sheet or rac. No breakfast. No one has to welcome you, literally you've to open the main gate. Environment is good but room & service is too poor.

Attained a marrige function,very well atmospher. Although the decorations are the marriage side..job but the place is very calm . And the roads are so narrow. For a barati procession .yeah its not there problem.All resorts kind of same The manager ,driver all are friendly Needs to make more rooms .and swimming pool is i think under construction But but but... overally this is i think the budget friendly resort in Bhubaneswar

Garden type environment. Spacious . Enough space for parking . However protection from sun is not available during day time .
