OYO Flagship A1 Residency

I booked OYO flagship after discussion with OYO customer care and paid the advance after OYO customer care person insisted to pay and informed it is refundable. Once I reached hotel, the reception people(a group of local goons) started misbehaving and charged extra money. When I contacted OYO, they suggested to look for other option from my side and assured to refund the advance. I have been calling OYO Customer care several times and send so many emails. There is no response. Please don't book this 3rd grade hotel and don't provide any advance to OYO. Worst service from OYO.

We come to late night room or care taker is not opening the door after open the door they are asking for 100rs and we are book from Oyo for 2 days after booking they are asking for extra we are pay 600rs extra worst service from Oyo.

Don't ever visit here ,I repeat don't ever visit here the receptionist is not good he's a local goon and will start arguing for extra money and will start fighting with you if his demands are not full filled , he will scam you not good for family stay not safe plz take this review seriously
