Absolute atrocious service and staff ! Didn't provide complementary items , told higher prices if you book rooms from reception! Charged almost a full day price for a few hours of extension! Says 3 stars hotel but works like below 1 star ! Dirty plates 🍽️ , no room service what so ever. Not worth your money.

The rooms were good & clean , Although the stuff service was the worst, The food QUALITY was so bar, we had to throw away the entire plate, No wifi , It 8:00 pm and they won't even SERVE you tea as the kitchen "opens at 9 am" , overrall , don't book here , look for alternatives instead.

The hotel was overall nice , rooms were good and clean , hygienic , and the staffs were to helpful and kind too .

As soon as I entered Current went away No response from them Regarding Complementary Breakfast (They told we don't have kitchen and Brought cheap Snacks from outside) No Tea included and was asking for payment For complementary Mineral water, again they where asking ₹50

Recently visited Utter disappointment. They will charge you with extra money no matter what... They wont listen to oyo staffs or respond to their calls. Charged me for deluxe room, and then gave me a classic room which was very small Bad rooms, even bad washroom, no wifi, no tv,no telephone to call the reception, no inhouse dining, receptionist is even more inappropriate.. When asked to give a receipt for extra charges.. He denied Better to stay in railway station or airport than in this hotel.

Top notch rooms, service and the peak point to visit this property is for food !! Its amazing and so delicious.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. The reception staff changed frequently and did not stay updated about the guests. This led to a rude and misogynistic encounter with a staff member, who could have handled the miscommunication more calmly and professionally. The same staff was seen misbehaving with several other guests. We were also repeatedly asked for our room number whenever we passed the reception, which became quite annoying. Our initial room had bed bugs, and although we were moved to a different room, basic cleaning was only done before we first entered and not again during our 3-day stay. Overall, the service quality needs significant improvement.
